Flolab aluminoslicate glass sounds good - until you try to order Their web page asks for your email in exchange for 15 off but that discount code never came I tried calling - no answer I messaged support claimed response within 12-hours - no answer Then I asked support about edge-to-edge vs case-friendly - no response on Cyber Monday so I ordered their case-friendly size screen protector for three phones at the special sale price The NEXT DAY they respond claiming that their edge-to-edge is compatible with 90 of cases apparently that s not even true I again contacted support asking them to swap out the screen protector for the edge-to-edge version A full day later they respond saying that by then my order already shipped but please refuse shipment and reorder Regarding poor communication they responded to another review saying they are U S based but their support replies were sent around 1 30AM Eastern Time so that claim seems disingenuous I finally just ordered regular tempered glass screen protectors from Amazon at 1 4 the price with free shipping and free returns I m hoping I can catch the mailman refuse the Flolab shipment and hopefully get credited for the order I wish I had never made Nobody has time for this much hassle

I have been in a useless back and forth with customer service agent Alan for days now Order 87312 I had bubbles after install They said they would replace for 1 00 special coupon plus shipping of 7 95 I paid Then next day I get an invoice for 23 95 and a message they won t ship until I pay I have sent nearly a dozen messages I get vague replies but no replacement Is there anybody real at Customer Service Or just bots Forget using the phone AwfulUpdate confused the bots you mean Getting an invoice for 23 95 is not confusing They seem to be at least trying to work this out I look forward to one day receiving something that s a screen protector

We bought 3 screen protectors from this company directly The Samsung Ultra 23s protector did not laydown correctly The edge of the phone is rounded so it does not cover the screen completely It lifts at the edge and leaves bubbles We did not open the other one Even though we spent 80 00 they still charged us shipping to get them Now they are requiring us to pay for return shipping on the one they claim fit to get a refund We are just completely out the 20 00 for the defective one they don t care The one we bought for the iphone has yet to be installed I just wanted everyone to know they are not a reasonable company I hope you give your business to someone else

I have been really happy with my FloLab Nanoarmor screen protector- even when it broke a few weeks ago I was happy as it did its job and protected my screen- when it came time for the lifetime replacement guarantee however- I have had ZERO response from FloLab after several weeks of trying to contact them I ve used their website form emailed them and called the phone number listed in one of their many promotional emails So far- just a lot of silence I used to be a happy customer and had even recommended them to friends but now I m regretting that and starting to think they re shady

Don t buy they brake by only looking at them buy a different brand super over priced and does not last at all and they make you re pay shipping to get a new one

I just cracked my 4th screen protector from them I have my phone in a shock proof case and I only drop it from a few feet so this is absolutely ridiculous Paying 30 for a screen protector that lasts no time is too much And you only get one free replacement that actually costs 7 Also their installation kits are terrible The microfiber cloths leave black fuzz all over I m going to find a new brand to try

After one month of light use my white case started to yellow terribly When I contacted customer service about it I was given a run around that lasted weeks They quoted ANOTHER company s web site and product description to justify the yellowing and offered to send another case if I paid for shipping I explained that I had already paid for shipping and wanted a replacement case in a different color sent without shipping charges attached or a refund for the shoddy product I had purchased To date they still have not acknowledged my actual request or worked at all to find an agreeable solution Stay away from this company

After what appeared to be a perfect no bubble installation of my Flolab watch screen protector a corner lifted under normal use and made it unusable due to dust on the adhesive Rather than risk the same failure again I ordered this product from Amazon for 7 for 4 1 75 each with free shipping - 4 Pack Hard PC Case with Tempered Glass Screen Protector Compatible for Apple Watch from the ASINWIN Store This is what it would have cost to have a warranty replacement from Flolab mailed to me The cover protects both the screen and the case and has great screen sensitivity and control access I highly recommend them as an alternative to Flolab with better performance at a fraction of the price

I paid over 25 including tax shipping and a discount for an Apple watch screen protector The installation went perfectly with no bubbles but after less than 2 weeks a corner pulled up under normal use allowing dust to get on the adhesive No way to clean it and re-install Flolab will replace the protector but charge 6 95 shipping which will put my cost over 32 for a product that is likely to fail again After many tries Flolab never answered the phone or returned my calls In addition they have not posted my negative rating on their web site not an ethical business practice There are many quality competing products for much lower cost that stand behind their products including refunds to unsatisfied customers I will gladly send back my protector for a refund

NOT a good company Their support center charges you more shipping fee than ordering from the web I have requested a warranty replacement but their automated warranty claim ordering system gave me an error during checkout and the shipping fee was 6 95 I have contacted their support for this matter and they created me a replacement order with 7 95 shipping fee What a cheating company
