I wish I could give them zero Their screen protector bubbled on me All I wanted was a replacment per their warranty Submitted 3 online requests Company refused to answer me I am trying to yank my money back via Capital One

Let me start with that this company makes the best screen protectors I ever had They are topnotch and I would never whant another one You will be happy with them Their lifetime warranty really isn t up to par For the last 2 years if you follow all their steps on their site to get a new one it never works and they ask you to pay full price and you have to email support If you contact them they will advice you to go to their new beta site and somehow the redeem code is never available They always send a new screen protector if you do the whole email thing with support but it always will takes more than 30 mins to awnser the same questions and will always take 3 or 4 emails after filling in the form making pictures of your broken screen protector etc I never minded this but after 5 or 6 times it really is irritating

After first installing the screen protector on my Galaxy s20 Ultra everything looked great No trapped bubbles no dust fingerprint reader worked great However after an hour or so I noticed that the edge of the protector lost adhesion around the edges If I pressed it down it would again come loose I started researching in Youtube and discovered that this appears to be a very common problem with glass screen protectors Long story short it feels great better than the sticky feel of the flexible ones IT JUST DOESN T STICK

I discovered a defect with my screen protector as soon as I removed the protective film FLOLAB customer service wanted to replace it but expects me to cover the shipping cost for the replacement So if there is something wrong with your product on arrival you will have to pay for shipping twice

Do NOT buy from this company if you need your item in a timely manner I bought my new iPhone 15 on Saturday On Sunday I ordered a screen protector and a case from FloLab Thank God I also ordered a case from Mous It is now Thursday The Mous case has arrived The Flolab case hasn t even shipped yet Contacted them by email and they opened a ticket but haven t contacted me They do not pick up their phone or respond to a negative review on their Facebook page It doesn t matter how good their product is if you don t receive it in a timely manner

DO NOT BUY FROM THEMI bought that nanoarmour 3d thing for my iphone 15 and followed all the instructions and got a small piece of dust that would not come out at all I tried to reach their claims and got nothing the webpage wont load and I cannot reach anyone

They don t go with their life time warranty Good luck filing a claim or get any respond back from them

I just upgraded my screen protector to a Flolab tempered glass after reading reviews It did not protect my Samsung Note 10 My phone screen cracked so the protector did not work Not a good product at all

Avoid at all costs I ordered a Flolab screen protector for delivery to Ireland The courier they use is Fastway Never received despite lies to the contrary A perfect union of two disreputable companies Use at your peril

I purchased 2 screen protectorsNanoArmour Best Samsung Galaxy S20FE Screen ProtectorAnd an additional NanoArmour Anti-Microbial iPhone 12 Screen ProtectorThe protector of the Samsung Galaxy S20FE arrived and when I pasted it it did not cover the entire screen as stated on the purchase page The purchase page has an image that says Edge-to-edge but it s not really like thatI contacted the support team and they told me it was because the case is a friendly case But it did not appear on the purchase page I request that they send me an edge-to-edge protector for the Galaxy S20FE The protector of the iPhone 12 was good and really covered the whole screen from Edge-to-edge----------------------------------------------Update 14 11 2021 on what the company wrote Do you mean iPhone SE Or maybe you got confused between SE and FE because I need an Edge-to-edge protector for S20FEIn addition as a serious company I would expect that on the purchase page of the product you will note that you currently do not have in stock shields that are Edge-to-edge for S20FE because I was misled by this information and you wrote in the picture of the product that the shield you sell is Edge-to-edge shield for S20FE----------------------------------------------Update 16 11 2021 on what the company wrote me in the email I spoke to the company by email and they agreed to send me the Edge to Edge shield for the S20FE as soon as it was ready At the moment I choose to give 4 stars and when I get the shield I would definitely love to rate 5 stars for courteous customer service and supportthanks for the service ---------------------------------------------- Update 29 01 2023 After 2 years in which I ve been waiting for a screen protector from end to end and I still haven t received an answer I d like to summarize my opinion for you The shield itself is fine overall but don t expect what you will see on the website I recommend that you make sure that what is written is indeed what you will get I planned to get a shield that is a shield from edge to edge but that is not what happened in realityIn addition the shield itself after 6 months begins to come off the edges and the adhesive weakensIn order to qualify for a new shield you have to pay an amount of no less than 7 95 for shippingWith this amount I can buy 4 screen protectors at AliexpressIn short it is not clear how the shipping price of a product that weighs less than 15 grams is calculatedAnd the company also does not live up to their promise that I will receive a product with end-to-end protection even after waiting for 2 years Apart from that the product is not durable enough and the glue comes out after some time on the sides
