Never delivered

I ordered a screen protector over a month ago with express delivery The trackingnumber should me that the shipment did arrive in my country within a week But after that the tracking updates showed that the parcel got send to neighbouring countries I contacted the courier and they told me the parcel wasn t received After that I emailed Flolab customer service and got a reply within a day But unfortunately they couldn t resolve the shipment issue In the end Flolab offered a refund or re-shipment I ve asked for a refund today so hoping I will get that

Shipping for new and replacement times horrible and you pay for shipping

It says 5 to 8 business days to receive product took 10 when I received the product they sent the wrong item so far this is not been a great experience if you re not a person that wants to wait and deal with slow customer service and shipping times for new product as well as replacement Plus you pay for shipping lol I was suggest looking on Amazon or Best Buy the glass itself seems pretty decent though don t know how good it is until you drop it right the tools they give you are helpful to install unfortunately all I can give them is a two stars because of customer service and shipping times

Extremely slow shipping

Extremely slow shipping Similar to a previous review it says they have printed the shipping label but is still on it s way to the distributor this has been the case for the last 5 days given how important it is to have screen protectors on new products this kind of shipping speed is unacceptable

Product is great customer service and social media presence needs improvement

To begin this rating is not about the product itself The product itself gets 5 stars I ve ordered multiple screen protectors from Flolab They are easy to install and work very well And the price is quite affordable compared to their competitors This 2 star rating is due to the less than satisfying customer service experience I recently ordered 2 screen protectors within the space of about 4 days each for a relative One came within the expected period and is hard at work protecting an iPhone with no issues The other order is lost somewhere in the confines of USPS That part is not Flolab s fault Rather it is the fact that when we first reached out to Flolab about the missing package they just told us to wait 7-9 days longer Even after waiting all that time when we reached out again we were told to follow up with the USPS we had already done this When we told them the USPS considered it lost and to please send a replacement Flolab sent it to the original address even though we specifically asked them via email IN BOLD to send it to a different address where we will be when the replacement screen protector hopefully gets delivered If I sound too disappointed it is only because my first two experiences with Flolab were perfect and this third one falls significantly short of that Flolab has done well with their product But it would be helpful if their customer service actually read and understood customers concerns when issues inevitably pop up I hope someone from Flolab with the ability to actually help us is reading this I will be happy to revise my rating upwards if this issue is satisfactorily resolved This also might have been resolved earlier if Flolab had a better social media presence They don t seem to have Twitter support which is kind of a baseline for an online retailer EDIT They do have a Twitter handle iflolab but if you just search for flolab on Twitter StudioFlolab is the first result that shows up iflolab doesn t even show up in the top 10 Twitter search results for flolab Seems like something that needs fixing

Too Late Delivery

The delivery of my iPhone 15 Pro protector is way slower then what it should be according to the estimates I got when ordering I have had my iPhone without a protector for a few days now and sadly I have a tiny scratch in it now Should have just ordered a protector from Amazon that would have arrived in time

Great flolab product but the

Great flolab product but the installation frame for the apple watch completely works against you and once the protector is on you cannot remove it without causing permanent imperfections Now I am already having to use warranty replacement on this product to replace the original will not be using the frame next time as you re better off centering it by eye

The installation tray is poorly

The installation tray is poorly designed It installed the protector higher on my phone making the edges of the protector stick out I had to re-install by hand which has ruined the alignment on the sides and has dust marks

Install more difficult than older

Install more difficult than older system Had to replace the screen protector after a month because it scratched easily and became hard to use

Poor Customer Service

Sadly I ordered a screen protector to the wrong address I immediately noticed and emailed Flolab within 5 minutes of the order to ask them to correct it Unfortunately they were unable to do so even though it took them over 3 days after my initial email to notify me that the item had been shipped It seems that there is no way for the customer service people to communicate with the shipping department or even to know if their emails have been received in time to intervene The suggested remedy was that I find a way to intercept the package myself at the UPS shipping center It seems that I am out the cost of the screen protector I am lucky that I did not order anything more expensive from them still I am out over 30 which is significant It is a shame and I hope that other potential customers will be aware of this risk prior to ordering Edited to add that it would seem reasonable to expect there to be a procedure to immediately correct an ordering error since they do occasionally happen Instead I waited over 24 hours for a reply to my email on the topic The 917 number on the website converted to an international number when I tried to call it I understand that Flolab believes this is all not our fault If as a customer you agree with this assessment feel free to disregard my review Edited again to increase to 3 stars since Flolab did ultimately deliver the screen protector which I appreciate

If you don t ship somewhere - ANNOUNCE IT on your site

You chose not to ship to Canada and some other countries but I m not sure why I ve ordered from various places around the world and they still shipped during the pandemic But what is truly bad on your part is not notifying your customers on the website AT ALL There is no mention of this anywhere That s really bad customer service As for the product itself it s fine once you actually get it installed I ve installed countless screen protectors over the past 20 or so years and never have I ever had such a battling time as installing the Flolab one It was terrible - took me about a lot of tries to get it right not from any wrongdoing on my part Would I buy another one No not with the pain to install it and the overall terrible outlook you have by not stating clearly to your customers that you don t ship to certain countries Bad customer service no more customer EDIT Post response I appreciate the reply back I can understand why you chose not to ship to certain countries but again why not make this obvious - and even better yet - give the customer the choice If it takes an extra week or two to show up due to covid-related shipping delays then first warn the customer and second the customers should be able to accept the delay and still purchase the product
