The product is great We are updating a house we bought and there has been a great deal of traffic Ladders painting plumbers movers etc A quick mop and all is as good as new Really Also you couldn t ask for friendlier helpful customer support I wanted to return 3 boxes no questions were asked and I received an email explaining how to return the merchandise That s it

I am impressed with Flooret s customer service its rare that you can call a company and not get a long and annoying list of menu options You get to a real person with ease someone friendly knowledgeble and helpful What could be better

The experience matched their internet promise

I discovered Flooret when searching the internet Their story was compelling but how would the reality compare We used their Arlo shade flooring in a new custom 3400 sq ft home in 2020 I couldn t be more pleased with the whole experience The product is high quality and their customer service excellent I paid for the product and had them hold it for me in their warehouse to be sure it would be available when needed It was then delivered promptly and returning surplus material at the end of the project was a breeze with me being charged just the return freight Their vinyl plank product looks as nice as wood is easy to maintain but most importantly so much more resilient to animals sand and grit not to mention spills or even floods

We love our Flooret Nakan Base so far

We just installed Flooret Nakan Base on our main floor My husband and I installed the floor without issues and we love the end result These floors are a huge upgrade from our carpet and easy to keep clean with dogs and toddlers Customer service has been great about answering all of our questions in a timely manner

I ordered both 20mil and 40 mil samples

I ordered both 20mil and 40 mil samples even though I ll only be using the 40 mil I wanted a comparison I m very impressed with the look feel and weight of the 40 mil I am using this in my pizzeria kitchen The only wet areas around the sinks dish machine and a steam oven will be quarry tile since i am concerned about any standing water I was originally going to only use this in the customer lobby but have extended the plan to include almost 1400 square feet If you ve had any negative comments or advice against using this flooring in my kitchen please advise I have not ordered yet but will be very soon
