They show a picture of a wooden hummingbird with metal parts to join and use as a counter weight What turned up was just the wooden parts No help from their customer service i e no response What a rip off

Would rate a zero but it wont let me Bought the hummingbird what a joke Does not come with all of the parts or a list of the parts that it needs contacted customer service and after a week was told that it only takes 4 screws which is b s you can tell that from the pictures online stay away from these Chinese rip offs

Beware 100 satisfaction guarantee from Flora Trends is based on your return of the item to their facility in China Courier cost to return an item costs almost the same as the price of the item I purchased an outdoor wind ornament based on the website info and as shown on their video which described a smooth working wind driven ornament with ball bearing mounted wind vanes I was disappointed at the quality of the materials but went ahead and installed the wind ornament according to the instructions It did not work and jammed stuck No movement in the wind The ornament also rusted within a week of putting out in the garden Emails to Flora Trend customer support were at first encouraging and advised a return of the item for a refund However That s when you find out that the return can only be made to their facility address in China and that a courier for the package will cost almost the same as the purchase cost of the item Even then it is up to flora trend as to wether they will then agree a refund after receipt of the returned item Not worth the risk So be warned

Website promises 24 7 customer service 100 satisfaction guarantee but does not provide any contact information other than an info email address Went to cancel an order repeated emails finally got a reply 3 days later I learned that they are in China I was told even though I wrote right away they could not cancel the order because it was in process I could return the order but have to pay for shipping it back to China and even with tracking they do not guarantee receiving it 3 days later is still shows as NOT shipped - Deceptive website dishonest at best I believe them to be intentionally fraudulent
