First time they did a great Job

This was my first time so I was rushed there was confusion there were a lot of options to consider I loved the patience Did I get the best deal It was last minute so playing Monday morning quarterback is not a good idea I am getting to where I want to go for about 50 of the rack rate ALL Business Class so I am happy

I have never used a travel agency before This was my first time I was contacted by Eugene within hours with an impressive quote for business class which saved me thousands of dollars more than what I would have paid for using Expedia or kayak He was very resourceful responsive and reassuring through the entire process I will definitely be using them again for my upcoming trip in December
