I received good service for travel to Italy I thought the agent was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get me a great price on the tickets though I did discover later that it wasn t the full price I had to pay extra for better seats which surprised me some Nonetheless we were happy with his service and it was probably a miscommunication However I used him to book 2 trips after that and they were a problem For some reason he chose to book me on saver flights on both of them so we had no seat choices we had to pay for baggage and in order to get a better seat for my husband who is quite tall we would have to pay extra because of the saver status I called to speak to the agent about the flights and he said let me check on it and I will call you back in 20 minutes I never heard from him again I called him multiple times and got no response Finally because I had a question about one of the flights he had booked I called and spoke to a different agent who was able to give me the information that I needed I will never use that agency again and I have called every person that I recommended them to which was quite a few people and told them perhaps I had recommended this firm too soon and that perhaps they should find someone else to use I am sorry because it appeared as though it was going to be a great opportunity for the future It well may be that the other agents are perfectly wonderful but I will never know because once bitten I really am twice shy I have now moved onto a different different agency

I was given wrong information and at different times I received different information The original agent I was dealing with went on vacation without any communication The one assigned to me was a good man but provided conflicting information and did not come through to what he promised I am left with uncertainty about parts of my reservations and do not know what to do I would like several issues with my reservation and promises resolved soon

Not happy with their service at all Firstly they took money out of my credit card without my consent and when contacted they claim that they have cancel ticket and money will be refunded but I am still getting emails that your flight is booked Also when checked with airlines they also confirmed the ticket is not cancelled or refunded They think everyone is dumb and whatever they will say we will believe I gave them enough chances but all in vain Evelyn Gray was the first one I contacted who charged me without my consent and then their supervisor Raymond keep insisting the ticket is cancelled and money will be refunded despite me checking with my credit card company and airlines that the ticket has still not been cancelled Do not know who to believe Disappointed

we had v bad horrible unreliable experience My husband s first class air India ticket in Nov 2024 was not confirmed inspite of all payment A day earlier when he was checking came to know as its not confirmed He got an economy ticket with 2 stops whole going and coming both ways to the price of business class ticket Still our money is stuck and the agent is not agreeing about it We will never recommend this website to anyone

The worst experience ever

Although Kevin was beyond helpful and I am a difficult client I ended up finding better flights for less money Again Kevin was amazing but I was disappointed that I had found something better

Service was very good and the agent was very helpful

It was easy to give requirements and get a great business rate quote
