I flew with them Lisbon to Funchal return They upgraded plane type to A330 which is a wide body big plane cabin crew was soo friendly and the flight was really smooth Seriously do not avoid them

Myself 7 other passengers on Flight TP 322 Lisbon-Manchester 05 06 2015 had a most pleasant Surprise when we were upgraded to business class We had the upgrade as economy class cabin was oversold so we lucky 7 had The flight to remember Thank you Tap Air Portugal a very pleasant Flight-crew 5 service 5 PR Looking forward to flying TAP Portugal again later in the Year

Disgusting way of treating customers We were traveling to Portugal with TAP and or flight back was most unpleasant experience I ever had with airline It stated by the gate were instead of seats was a fence with our fellow travelers in line to be greeted by 3 employees with cartoon boxes to measure our cabin luggage specifically wheeled ones When we got to our turn I new that we will have an issue-the way the guy put this box against our suitcase with a clear intent to find it bigger then allowed on the way to Portuga we incountered no issues and it fitted well in overhead compartment So our bag was 3cm bigger and we were charged 125 along with dozens others unhappy customers Our demand to speak to supervisor was ignored and instead they called security ALL of the employees showed no signs of filling sorry or apologetic infact they looked snubbed and happy After that they put us on the bus to take to a plane the ride was 7-10min approximately they put so much people I felt for a minute like live stock it almost felt intentional At the plane no one cared to direct people to the correct entrance there was 2 so boarding took a while We were late for our departure by 40 min once in the air food was given 2 hours in to our flight By our seats one option was left to eat BY second meal tea that we ve got was cold and they run out of milk and cola And weird sandwich that was given had no description of what was in it except taste of Portugal I wonder if u can have an allergy for that 1 hour before we landed captain announced that lavatory will be closed and no walking will be allowed so naturally people lined up panicking that it will be a long time till they will have another chance Over all The crew were indifferent everything is oriented to get more money -if your ticket doesn t come with checked baggage it will cost u 109 per way we paid but that was expected The slogan of this airline should be fly with us we will take your money and kill any further wish to travel in u
