Absolutely terrible description

Absolutely terrible description of products on page Bought a kit which was shown with buttons and a joystick Was sent just an empty shell for 150 Returning items and never shopping here again Experience will be shared on stream and Social Media I apologize for not thinking that accessories included EVERYTHING to make it operational And yes maybe MOST customers know that But being that it was my first fighting stick purchase and first time purchasing from your company I would assume like Most Companies that it would be completely explained and detailed if it did not include what was in the pictures to allow it to be operational And yes you have product options listed below but no where does it say they re needed to be operational be ause they re not included They are all also listed as optional leading a first time buyer to believe they re just upgrades or custom parts

Focus Attack Hates Business

Because of the new Sf6 Hype Focus attack was blaming their customers because Hori offered their own templates to print and people just wanted a copy of the print but apparently They had so much orders that were too much for them and couldn t fix all the red and white lines outlining the order Poor focus attack and their orders You should be glad people even wanted to use your service I hope the people cancel and just print it out yourself Then they have the audacity to reply for their mistake not informing people early enough before placing their order I left the negative review because you guys could have fixed the order yourself and the guy on twitter is a smartass It s not my job to submit artwork and make sure that the red and white lines are not on there It could have been an easy fix but since my order was such a problem I cancelled so Too bad for them They are the ones losing money not me They could have worked something out and said no we don t want you to cancel let us see what we can do but nope they didn t want to deal with it so they are the ones who cancelled and i m pretty sure that something could have been done I ll end up printing it out on photo paper instead not cheap cardstock as well
