DO NOT TRADE YOUR TECH with Fonehouse

I have opened a Trustpilot account just for this because I feel so ripped off From looking at the reviews it seems that the in-store customer service is great but if you look closer you will see many complaints when it comes to trading selling old tech They offer the highest initial price and rely on their reviews from happy in-store customers to trick people into sending in their tech before offering a massively reduced price They then charge 10 to send back the tech to you so they win even if your reject their revised offer It s arguably a very clever scam but a scam nonetheless

Poor so far sent a Three sim card that has not been registered with Three Stuck until without a working phone until it gets escalated after the weekend Let s see if it gets resolved as quick as promised

Terrible Fonehouse service and faulty brand new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6

Terrible service I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 and the display stopped working within 3 weeks from purchase The phone was in pristine condition hasn t been dropped or scratched at all and I had it returned on the 8th of October 2024 Since then all I am being told is the device is back with Samsung who s working on it I was sold a faulty device and neither Fonehouse or Samsung is fixing the issue Terrible customer service and terrible brand new Samsung product Very disappointed

No action still bloody all scammers this company is full of scammers in fact the company itself is a scammer I have given you aml the contacts whom they contacted me and i placed order with and the bank details where i was told to transfer bloody 50 for a delivery After having all the details they think I m lying and they can t find my order pike woww that s amazing

Well I ordered new Iphone 16 pro and it said it will come next day but it did not came next day I was home all day waiting for dpd to come and knock on my doors and give me the item that I purchesed but didn t came and I still don t have my Iphone now ofcourse I get the text that he missed on me and how do I need to react I was angry cuz I waited all day I did changed the date when he can come my door and deliver it it is on 29th Tuesday and I hope this time I will get it for sure dunno how to feel about this delivery guy just disapointed and angry

Shocking company

Absolutely terrible experience with this company was given a price for my phone so sent off only to be told that there were issues with the phone and dropping the offer to less than half the original offer and if I didn t agree to the offer they wanted 10 to return it to me The phone was perfect and had no issues Thank you for your response however I completely disagree with what you ve written I have previously sent a number of phones to different companies and I can honestly say not one of them has knocked the price offered down disagreed with the condition or suggested charging for return Lesson learned

Offer was a joke

Brought a new phone decided to go through a mobile phone recycling website to compare different sites that offered various amounts for my old device fonehouse came top filled out the form posted it off They cane back to me with a revised offer stating there was screen burn damage on the device Bare in mind my phone was in perfect working order I seriously looked after it the screen was absolutely fine Thier offer was literally a quarter of thier original offer they entice you in with decent prices then find any made up fault they can to reduce the amount sounds like a massive scam to me AVOID

Use any other but these

Ordered a new phone for next day delivery which didn t happen when I contacted them they were far from helpful quick to pass the blame onto the courier but unwilling to help This order was then cancelled and i asked them not to port my phone number which they went ahead and did and lost me 5 days work due to the time it took to have my number transferred back to me I certainly wouldn t recommend them to my worst enemy Steer well clear

They are not doing what they promising Applied for cashback several times They always declined Even sent mail and they replied as they will pay Again nothing Untrustworthy definitely and do not waste your time
