What A Chore
Had a call saying my sim deal was coming to an end I then had an email for what looked like a good deal for a contract with a new phone Sadly the impression I got was that it was straight forward to continue from the sim to the new contract with existing number Now it s turned into a whole thing where it s now costing me a month s payment before I can switch over my number and then it s another whole thing again involving other network sims etc Not neccessarily Fonehouse s fault but you d think these things would be straight forward when you re already on the same network and were not on a contract with a phone on it previously
