Good price and decent transaction Slightly marred by the delivery Purchased form this company because they guaranteed next day delivery Three days later I discovered DPD had left it at another address despite the fact it had to be signed for and wasn t Luckily due to our local neighbourhood watch I discovered it left on a doorstep at another address Fobehouse need to have a word with their couriers

My original order was not the best service having waited nearly 2 weeks I chased this up to be told the phone I had ordered was unavailable however the lady I spoke to then sorted it told me exactly what was happening what to do and I did and the new phone was received a few days later

Straight forward ordering on the phone should of been that way for the delivery but dpd delivered my phone to the wrong address without any signature and left it outside someone s else s front door on display for everyone to see Lucky Joanne Fonehouse managed to sort everything out for me in the end Panic over Would definitely recommend Fonehouse but i won t put on here what I think about dpd

First order didn t go through properly and there was no contact from Fonehouse to let us know or update us on the delay Buy the customer service team was helpful after using Live Chat and the phone line to help to cancel and re-place the order Looking forward to getting my new phone Price was the best available online for the handset I wanted
