This is literally the second time they take my money and dont send out my package until I bother them to do so My last online purchase literally took a month to get because it took me 3 weeks to actually get a hold of someone in customer service to find out why my package was not sent out yet I literally called everyday for 3 weeks and waited on the phone for hours on end for no one to pick up not to mention the multiple emails about 6 in total that they never responded to Now I recently ordered again about 3 days ago to be exact and again they are taking forever to ship my package and now I m freaking out because I ve already sent them 2 emails and still no response smh I never had a problem at their store locations but unfortunately when it comes to ordering online and customer service they are very incompetent

Horrible online experience I ordered a pair of boots and on June 19th the order said shipped-well that s the last I heard from them No delivery ever came and customer service is non existent Another retailer taking advantage of its customers during a pandemic-NEVER shopping here again and to think many companies closed due to the pandemic and they re open just to take money from people extremely disappointed

Order with EXTREME CAUTION
I ordered a pair of sneakers last month I took over a week to get a shipping confirmation email When I got the shipping confirmation email there was no tracking number in the email and the link for the tracking information showed no updates on my order I got a 3rd email asking me how my order went but I never received my sneakers I ve been emailing the customer service email address for the last 2 wks and still have not gotten a response from them I even sent them a message on Twitter and got no response I m really starting to worry my case won t be resolved and I will have to file a chargeback with my bank As someone who works in eCommerce I know they have a team to contest chargebacks so I m worried this will end poorly for me Here s to hoping someone on their team sees this and gets back to me

Never ordering on the site again
Footaction showed that they had a pair of shoes I wanted in stock online Everything was fine until the shoes came in and IT WASN T WHAT I ORDERED They sent me a pair that was 75 retail priced on their site when I paid 216 for the certain pair I wanted No return label came with the box and the website cannot find my order when I tried to use the self serve site It is literally taking weeks to get in contact would ve been easy if they had a live chat at least I m afraid that the 45 day return policy will expire by the time they actually get to my case
