Very Impressed Fantastic Delivery
Ordered a hat from Footlocker with student discount making the product cheaper than other stores Was a bit sceptical having read reviews after ordering but I am impressed Footlocker dispatched my order in good time and used Hermes tracked delivery so I could keep updated on where my parcel was Extremely fast delivery considering it was free delivery came within 2 working days Love the product very impressed would definitely order from Footlocker again

It s not all bad
I had placed an order with footlocker before reading the reviews on here and I became very worried However my shoes arrived today 3 days after ordering them a far cry of other experiences on here I received an update as soon as my purchase went through another when shipped and another with tracking information Very happy with the process from start to finish Will definitely be a returning customer with less of a worry this time

Fast delivery would order again
Ordered trainers on Saturday and have came today Tuesday don t understand where all the bad reviews are coming from but maybe I just got lucky either way the people who are calling footlocker a scam and saying they steal your money and stuff are just being stupid and inpatient

From Skeptical to Satisfied
I don t have a pic but I ordered 2 pairs 1 Airforces 1 New Balance both came in perfect condition Exactly like pics and size was exact Received both on same day within the week of purchase The Airforces were sold out everywhere so I was super excited to find them and they actually have the size I needed available Two BIG thumbs up Foot Locker

One delighted customer
Ordered a pair of Nike Cortez trainers over the weekend Received instant order confirmation and order was dispatched a few days later UPS Delivery was super fast so overall I received excellent positive consumer service Thoroughly pleased with the trainers as well received exactly what I had asked for After reading so many negative reviews with other customer experience I had received the complete opposite and would happily purchase from Footlocker again

Received a product which had faults
Received a product which had faults that became evident a while after purchasing and so had to request a refund Customer service were very helpful and quick to get back to me and the refund was also carried out quickly with no issues Not saying the other reviews are not true but my personal experience was very good
