Beware Footlocker is not selling authentic products I recently bought a pair of Nike Air Max excee shoes they turned out to be fake with a fake product ID that you can t authenticate at the Nike website The shoes were a look-alike to the original design but with some minor changes The quality was cheap and the finish of the shoes was not of Nike standard

Footlocker Canada site is complete
Footlocker Canada site is complete garbage if you need want big sizes for clothes and shoes For example I take a size 15 shoe the American site for Jordans alone has 49 pairs last time i checked which was Sunday March 8 2020 The Canadian site just 3 pairs of shoes period none of which were a Jordan Brand or Nike Now clothing the American site goes to 4XL Canadian 2XL This is complete nonsence

Literally running a scam Will keep your money AND your return
I wish I could give zero stars I was charged a restocking fee for an online return even though it doesn t say anything like that on the website I called about the fee because it doesn t show anymore on their website and they literally said too bad it s our policy So I complained to PayPal I sent back another item almost one month ago and just follow up on my refund They told me they aren t refunding me because I complained to PayPal So they re keeping the item I returned AND my money How is this even possible

Won t update address Told me I m on my own
Placed an order online but my browser picked up an old address I contacted Footlocker immediately to change it but was told they are unable to change an order once placed Their solution was to tell me to wait for it to be shipped then contact the shipping company to ask them to change the delivery address So they wouldn t help and then told me the customer to figure it out Absolutely archaic customer service Do not buy from Footlocker online

Terrible customer service - They don t follow their own policy
Terrible customer service I made a return and was charged a 6 99 restocking fee This was not disclosed when I made my return request nor is it on their website under their return policy When I contacted customer service they said there s a restocking fee please refer to this link The link they provided did NOT mention any restocking fee at all I spent over 300 on 5 items and returned one small item and that s how they treat their customers Now they refuse to refund the 6 99 restocking fee it s ridiclous

Their online store had a technical error while ordering and they charged me twice and sent two shipments of same order Reached out to customer service and they said they would email They never did Whole experience was bad I won t ever buy from foot locker again

Terrible Manager
Unfriendly rude managers that are lazy and can t be bothered to do their jobs so they put it onto the part timers who are obviously stressed out I can t imagine working in an environment like that Experienced a female manager at Yorkdale mall in Toronto today who was so unhelpful and dismissive When another staff member said I could have 10 off due to the damage on the shoe it was the last pair she said to me Who told you that I said another gentleman and she said He s a part timer so no like what And then after some back and forth she agreed to 10 but final sale I said no thanks and she didn t even offer to place an order online where other stores had stock too instead another checkout lady helped me with that who was much nicer presumably a young part timer too The whole time her attitude sucked and she didn t even look me in the eye like a decent human being Some action should be taken as this is completely unacceptable

Footlocker is a joke
The fact that they allow you to pick your shoe size hours before a shoe release even opens up to buy is a joke They don t even mention this at all Why not tell people Hey here s the release time But hours before the launch you can put your order in and just sit there for two hours waiting to hit the buy button This site and this company over all is company is pathetic joke I will not waste another dime at your stores ever again

Worst online raffle
Footlocker canada got the worst raffle program on their vip app Every time you go for a raffle you are not selected Its not only me but my friends feel same Seems like its not even a raffle because one of their employees has told me that same people come to get the reservation most of the time which clearly proves something is not right So never go for raffle on footlocker because you will always be unlucky which is the most frustrating experience

Won raffle for shoe
Won raffle for shoe immediately it tells me I didn t confirm the pickup option fast enough 1 minute after raffle at 7am As a result my ship to me entry is also nullified and I have no chance to win the shoe Footlocker customer service doesn t know why it happened and can t explain why that would happen No option for a solution and they tell me to just wait for confirmation in case I did win Super disappointing to think I would have won
