LVT Flooring Darlington Store

We initially went into the Darlington store to think about getting lino down We were greeted on arrival by Gary who was welcoming and talked through what we were looking for was able to provide practical advice and arranged for someone to come and measure the room The man who came out was lovely and measured our other room as I said I was thinking about doing that also shortly he said they could just keep the details Back in store Gary talked through costing and samples again providing excellent customer service We had to get the fitter to come out and check the flooring due to it been an old building we had Ryan come out he was so polite and efficient The order was through quickly and Ryan worked around our family needs The whole process was excellent from beginning to end and we would highly recommend Franks at Darlington The quality is amazing and the choice is fantastic

Good customer service

Went to Spennymoor store to get a new living room rug some artificial grass the customer service was outstanding couldn t fault Richard Graham The quality of the rug is amazing good price too

I ve been into the Redcar store today to buy vinyl flooring for my bathroom There was loads of choice with clear pricing etc but the main reason I went ahead and bought the flooring was the service I got from Mark He was really helpful and took his time in ensuring I was happy with everything He arranged a fitter quickly and explained everything clearly He was professional and polite but also very friendly I would always recommend Franks

Bishop Auckland Store new build

Bishop Auckland Store sorted my nephews whole house Much cheaper than developer for exact same thing It s true - it is impossible to buy flooring for less but the quality is great too and my niece who is an interior designer is thrilled with her choice Fast careful and a joy to deal with Thanks Franks

New store in Guisborough Fantastic Well laid out plenty to look at extremely helpful staff Fitting arranged for my partner and a fantastic job done there too Will be back and will be telling others to come in too

Great service from the Jarrow store

Great service from the Jarrow store from ordering to fitting it was first class Nothing was too much trouble and when i asked if i could have them fitted over a few days that was no problem Everybody was fantastic special thanks to Richie in store and at my home measuring and fitting and also to Jack the carpet fitter
