Value for money Whereas others are charging a lot for the same size PV Fresh electrical s installation process was fast efficient and simple It was a fresh approach compared to arcaich PV industry standards

Five Star Company

Lynn Spreadbury came to see me to discuss Fresh Electrical fitting Solar panels for me I was very pleased with how Lynn explained everything and advised me what I needed I decided to go ahead and have Fresh Electrical do my installation The scaffolders turned up exactly when they told me they would as did the two installers They were all very pleasant left my property clean and tidy and I couldn t fault the work they carried out I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this company

Brilliant from start to finish

Brilliant from start to finish Leo was great answering my questions and always available even sending a text if he was busy Had the install carried out by a 3 man team really professional knowledgeable and polite Just wish I had done it sooner Now self sufficient and can use the simple app to save and make money 5 star from me

Solar panels batteries

Pleasure to have had this company to install my solar panels battery The Installers were very polite friendly Clean tidy all done in a day Once fitted i was told there is room for 2 more panels so I have ordered them to come They are fitting 4 working days later i would highly recommend this company

Smooth operation

A smooth experience from start to finish We didn t feel there was a hard sell or unnecessary up-selling they listened gave us the options costs They gave us time to make our descision we did not feel rushed at all The team are all very knowledgeable professional polite explaining everything at the right level Had an issue with a connector on installation day but it was resolved in 2 working days Overall we have been very impressed

Highly recommend Fresh

Leo the salesman was amazing at explaining everything and was responsive with texts sent I did not try to call I prefer to communicate by text The fitter was excellent he recommended 2 additional panels after the scaffolding was installed these were also fitted the same day We also opted for optimizers and 3 batteries the app is excellent and I m considering expanding battery capacity once we ve worked out how much we re earning from sell back All in all a very good experience and would highly recommend

Brilliant system quickly and professionally installed

From ordering to installation was much faster than I imagined it would be The installers were very quick clean and tidy And the system was generating as they left even though it was overcast My electricity bill is almost a quarter of what it was though that may change come winter They were very helpful when setting up the feed in tariff too

Chose Fresh Electrical Solutions based on the fact that they were being sold through Costco at the time I figured Costco would have done their due diligence and picked a contractor that offered a good service Cannot fault the installation Scaffolding installed Tuesday 10 panels installed Thursday and scaffolding down the following Tuesday Amazed at how fast the installation was No mess you wouldn t have known anyone was there

Great experience

A couple of months ago I booked Fresh electrical via Costco to supply me with both panels and a battery and am so pleased I chose this company Right from our very first contact they were super helpful in both discussing and agreeing my needs The install team on the day were superb friendly informative and very respectful to my property I would highly recommend giving them your consideration

Very good overall service All panels fitted in one day very professional and both worked together as a team efficiently and did a very good installation paperwork sent to me very quickly and very helpful Admin staff who dealt with any questions that I asked in a timely manner I would recommend Fresh Electrical Solutions Solar Panels to anyone
