The day of my install came along a very drizzly and cold day this left me feeling somewhat apprehensive the installer arrived at the time stated 1000hr he explained to me what would be taking place and proceeded to carry out the process even though the weather was not good Ben who was installing my panels batteries forged ahead Ben worked efficiently and left all areas very clear and clean it has now been two weeks since the install We ve had quite a few days when sun has greeted us with its presence keeping an eye on the app together with my own smart meter even though it is early days there are positive views at this time will have more visible data after a month or two So far so good

Having had quotes from a number of companies we picked fresh electrical as Jerome was helpful and clear in explaining what we could and couldn t do On the day of the install the installers turned up with the incorrect inverter in the van but this was quickly remedied by the company Site was left tidy and system explained to me Since then I have been happily generating and storing electricity

Met Jon M for initial chat and survey on 19th May He explained everything clearly and concisely giving us all the information to be able to make a decision Having thought about the costs benefits for a few days we decided to go ahead Installation date was 6th June and Chris Luke arrived at 8am to fit 14 panels and 2 battery storage units Very friendly and cheerful and all done and tidied up by midday Chris set us up on the Fox Cloud app so that we could monitor the solar production Only issue was that our EV charger wouldn t work to start with This was eventually sorted with a call to Pod Point who had to make a remote adjustment All working fine now but something to bear in mind for future installations Overall we were very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the whole process Now we re just waiting for Octopus to set up our surplus export tariff to get some income We ll done Fresh Electrical

We have just had solar panels installed by Fresh Electrical Their sales rep was great and very communicative The installation team did a good and efficient job We are very happy with the whole process Communication was very good The only reason I am giving 4 stars is the app which on the phone needs to be upgraded to give a more accurate picture

Patricia was recommended by a friend who is now 250 better off under the Fresh Electrical referral scheme We went for a zoom call which worked really well with Patricia fully explaining the benefits and processes for the installation of both the panels and battery system We sent a few photos over and the quote arrived promptly As agreed we waited for the latest panels and the installation went ahead on the due date all as planned Now getting the benefits of a good solar panel system Patricia was also great at chasing up the final paperwork Thank you Patricia and Fresh Electrical

From the beginning to the end has been so smooth Lyn speadbury spent time with me and explained everything I had asked I will be recommending fresh electric solar I m a verySatisfied customer honestly no problems My fitters were brilliant Thank you to them both

I ve recently had solar panels fitted by this company and from the first initial meeting with David King and the conversation and help from all the office staff the two fitters that installed the equipment Harry and Tom who did all of this in 1 day in the pouring rain I feel that they ve all done a great job and I d highly recommend them Why only 4 stars that was the scaffolds

Installation was excellent Couldn t fault the speed and efficiency of the installation bought via COSTCO Panels work fine the installation is neat and tidy Nothing unsightly etc But it took a whole month and dozens of calls and emails before they got their sub-contractor round to remove the scaffolding

Ravi the surveyor is excellent Knowledgeable and reassuring Initial hiccup over an order update but then sorted no problem The poor guys that were on the roof in pouring rain deserved a medal Tom and Harry completed the installation and were very efficient Cleared up everything before they left and showed great respect for my property when indoors considering the weather was so bad Very pleased Well done guys Just a note if you need to call office select Admin choice much quicker

The surveyor was so informative The whole teams work ethics was professional and all knew what they had to do Only issue was that the scaffolding was taken off late
