First time trying their service Have used other companies in the past Not an amazing experience with this one SUPER SLOW Their customer support can take 2-5 days for simple questions or not at all If you see an item on a site and it s going to end auction style you will not have quick success getting it with this company Also bought things apparel and accessories through other companies and shipped to the US using DHL Tried to buy the same items through this company and DHL was not allowed and I had to pay double my normal for shipping I recommend white rabbit express

My packages are forwarded through a third country to decrease costs The forwarding company requires that From Japan place an extra shipping label on the box of their company name and my name Despite giving very clear instructions to From Japan they refuse to do so The forwarding company is very pissed at me because From Japan is too stuck in their ways to simply print the instructed phrase on a piece of US Letter paper and stick it on the box They say they cannot do that yet their competitors like Tenso are willing and able to quickly Frustrating

I will just give 2 stars I did not like the packaging of the items to be ship They are not using a hard boxes and bubble wraps to secure the items boxes to avoid dents I was really disappointed when I received the package box dented because they just used a soft box and the GunPla items boxes were not protected in bubble wrap that makes it dented too I will not recommend this proxy service to you guys You know the importance of packaging

As many people before me said the new 300 yen item fee is a game over for me with them as in most of the articles I buy and I bought more than a million yen in total last year the fee is higher than the product itself I understand that a 300 yen fee for so to say 30 articles for a total of 6000 yen is to low but 9000 yen of fees for that same order is absurd Hope that they change that sooner or later because there are a lot of people who are not happy with this change and will try other proxy services instead

A very bad experience I bought some figures when sending them to my country fromjapan I do not send some by mistake What is the solution proposed by them give me back only 800 yen when the whole package came out almost 100 dollars Conclusion a mistake of yours ended in a loss of mine

While it s average for auction buying from other shops is awful Every time I place an order they checking price so long that items gone before they really acting Looks like they just don t want to work If someone really wants to buy something rare DO NOT USE FJ as they for sure start to buy item for you when it already will be sold I missed a lot of items and never will use theirs service again

I would not recommend From Japan for 3 reasons 1- quite EXPENSIVE in the end with fees and a very high shipping bill often over the actual shipping costs 2 - hardly average to passable packaging work by default 3 - no possible special shipping request by default Do not expect to do good deals and bargains by going through From Japan Expect mostly to double the bill Again TOO EXPENSIVE in the end

It is very disappointed that only received your company s reply after my inquiry I ve spent one month to wait an item but your company reply me the item was lost at last second after my chasing Your company never reported the status of the item positively until my enquiry It is my first time to use your service from your company but having very bad experience from your services I m discouraged to use your services next time

I am really unhappy very upset actually because I did not know that FromJapan is currently having Shipping Delays Due to Relocation of Distribution Center when I placed my order on 6 17 22 They told me in an email that they have the package in their warehouse now but due to being very backed up from orders that they might not have my order ready to be shipped out until sometime in August It is a pool cue that cost me close to 600 USD that is actually a lot of money to me and I am without a pool cue and really wanted needed it as soon as possible I would have ordered the cue using a different Proxy Buying service which there are many others to choose from in Japan if I had known about the shipping delay but since they did not put up a notice that buyers could more easily see on their main page or during the checkout payment process I did not know about the delay until several days after I placed my order I feel they are trying to hide this info from buyers hide it in a place that is not easily seen and if they are backed up with orders or doing a relocation then I think they should stop accepting new orders until they catch up or complete their relocation of their distribution center So it might be weeks before they will have the package ready to ship out and they are unable to tell me how long I might be waiting but they say it might be sometime in August before it is ready to be shipped So this has been a really horrible 1st buying experience with FromJapan I just really need or should I say want the pool cue as soon as possible so this is just really upsetting that it might be sometime in August before they will have it ready to ship
