A reliable proxy service

I ve been using FROM JAPAN for over 3 years now The site is very easy to use and offers a wide selection of stores to buy from They ve helped me get items from Yahoo Auctions Otamart Surugaya Amazon and even from Yahoo Passmarket which they were kind enough to accommodate I love the 45-day storage as it allows me time to wait for other items arrive so I can save a bit on shipping Customer Service was also helpful in answering queries I also appreciate the discounts they offer from stores like Rakuten Rakuma Amazon because I m able to buy items for less Most of the parcels I ve received from FJ were well-packed however there was instance when a photograph I purchased from Otamart was taped to a plushie and was really hard to separate from it The photograph unfortunately ended up getting dents once I got them separated Furthermore I was charged JPY 8000 for that package which for me was really expensive considering my items were flat and filled only less than half of the box they packed it in That was the only time I was let down a bit The plan fees are okay considering they check each item for any damages or flaws and pack them carefully but I wish I could pay less fees when I buy items in bulk from the same store Overall FROM JAPAN is good service and I highly recommend them if you re thinking of buying goods from Japan

Amazing proxy service for Japanese gods

I ve been using From Japan for a few months and honestly I ve spent so much on there because of the amazing deals and huge variety of goods I ve been using it to buy pokemon cards more than anything and it s been much cheaper than going to any other store even including with the fees and express shipping The people of From Japan even contacted me one time to notify me about extra damage that was not displayed on the photos of the cards and asked if I still wanted to go ahead if that s not amazing service I don t know what is The items are always well packaged and very secure better than most companies shipping out good I just recently found this out but you can use From Japan to order from any Japanese site by putting the url in the search box so it s not just limited to auctions or buy now but is multi-purpose Anyone sitting on the fence about using a proxy service or finding the right one for Japanese goods I definitely recommend using From Japan as even I will keep using it from now on 5 guys keep up the great work

Bought a piece of animation artwork via FromJapan and nothing but stellar customer service from start to finish - prompt shipping careful packaging and amazing follow-up service when there was an issue with the order FJ got back to each of my queries very quickly and they were always super courteous and helpful I previously used another proxy the one that is linked directly from YJ and they were terrible - packaging was sloppy item arrived damaged and whilst they would respond to you they never actually did anything to help Will be happy to use FromJapan as a proxy from now on and highly recommend them if you re buying rare items from Japan
