Great experience with a pricey lottery item purchase

Contacted From Japan One Map initially for a pre order item though I ended up securing said pre order off the manufacturer s U S site at no fault to FJ it was just easier to directly buy at a slightly higher cost due how quickly pre order limit was reached on that specific item The manufacturer s jp site had crashed the day of anyway due to high traffic which I would assume would have made it difficult for FJ to order as well Later I contacted again as I was looking for a proxy who could enter a lottery for an expensive limited release item FJ had their staff check eligibility and confirmed they were able to enter Since this is a proxy service payment did have to be made first regardless of winning the item or not Also confirmed if we did not get drawn as a lottery winner the payment would be refunded back to my card After the lottery closed and the winners announcement was given FJ notified me we did win from the drawing and the item was being sent to their warehouse Item arrived to their warehouse within 2 days Once I selected a shipping method and paid that fee FJ was quick to carefully pack and ship the item to me I m extremely happy with the service provided Any email I sent was responded to within 24 hours of business operations The staff were very personable and thorough which is greatly appreciated Payment system is easy to use same with general site navigation Only issue was on my end where I had to call my bank to push the item charge through since it was a large amount from overseas auto flagging it as suspicious Overall so glad I tried my luck at that lottery with FJ as my proxy Thank you again
