Your customer service team deserves Kudos

Your customer service team deserves more support from the operations side They are taking bullets for a streaming platform that is focused on SPORTS that is out of order for the World Cup Terrible Customer service team is top notch I found both Alex and Jesus both to be very professional in how they work with customers Kudos for them Not so much for your streaming platform that has been down for almost 7 hours today Give me a break

Where is the Cancellation Option

It was difficult to find where on the website I could cancel my subscription Luckily I found the text us option at the very bottom of the page After that everything was quick and successful Thank you to Sylvia for her efficient assistance

Spoilewr Request

Very helpful support but I would like to see FUBO bring in the ability to show hide spoilers when watching highlights of a soccer game This allows the viewer to go straight to the golas if they want to or alternatively not know that any goals were scored DAZN do this very well

Hector was helpful listened to my problem and stayed with me till issue was fixed 4 of my LOCAL channels had disappeared from the guide He got it resolved ALL GOOD

If it ain t broke don t try to fix it

The gentleman in tech support was why I originally gave a good rating He was very understanding even tho he couldn t fix the problem The problem is that our guide and fast forward was changed and now they are horrible There s no guide after midnight and the fast forward goes so fast it s unusable

I no longer HATE fubo tv

Edit I just got off the phone with Samantha at fubo -- who was excellent including at calming down my huge frustration a year of missed programs from dropped signals It turns out that somebody connected the tv to the LG app and not the direct-wired Roku Samantha walked me and eventually us through it with care and great good humor Now we ll see if the signal still drops -- but the picture is clearer It s odd to me that ONLY fubo tv dropped but I m waiting a lot more patiently now I absolutely HATE fubo tv We re in a small town and fubo looked like a good idea Nope We get kicked off the internet while watching tv -- tonight it s the Georgetown - Syracuse men s basketball game which will be over by the time we get reconnected And it s just seconds past halftime But the biggie is that my husband s phone has to be here to to the re-connecting So if he s gone I m not going to be watching fubo when it disconnects Tonight I entered the log-in site info email and password as requested on my computer opposite the tv same room family room I was supposed to see a code on the tv screen Nope He s now trying to sort it out using his phone Yes it worked with his phone -- only He did have to exit and restart fubo We get kicked kicked off sometimes several times a night under normal circumstances This is absurd Even more absurd is that via our internet service if I m watching the basketball game on fubo and he heads off to bed turning the tv on there it kicks me out of the game in the family room Other than buying two subscriptions there is no way around this

The agent was very knowledgeable helpful patient The problem was fixes fairly quickly However it has occurred several times since Also I have had issues with shows not recording when the are supposed to and glitches buffering during popular games If fubo is the live sports service live sports should be better supported
