When I was able to speak to a person the interaction was very positive The problem is that I had to wait a long time to get to talk to a person then the option to wait for a call came to my ears and left my number to be called when an agent was available I did not like this

Rick is a genious After spending several hours trying to figure out how my account got deactivated Rick solved the problem in 10 minutes Thanks Rick But this is not the end of the story Upon trying to log in all my tvs into Fubo i had to take an additional step to make it work by calling cs Got Mila I admit took out my frustration over the last 4 hours on her She politely helped and made the task easier She even saved me 400 I ove FUBO

The Fubo Customer Service Agent Maximiliano was very pleasant and knowledgeable He resolved my issue within minutes to my entire satisfaction I would definitely recommend Fubo to my relatives and friends as the reception and televising of Fubo is excellent My hats off to such dedicated and efficient customer service agents like Maximiliano
