My experience with Fubo customer service was terrific I was shocked at how simple it was to get help and how quickly I was assisted I hardly waited at all to be connected to a real person and the person was kind considerate and willing to do everything needed to help me with my request In a time of declining customer service I was impressed with the service I received from Fubo Thank you

The customer service agent Luissa helped me watch game 7 tonight of the MLB post season National League playoffs However your overall product is not what I would call customer friendly Your marketing made me think I could watch all of the MLB post season games but I only could see the American League If I knew that up front I would have kept looking for a better solution with another TV provider I did not care about anything else on Fubo and reluctantly agreed to the 74 99 price and then discovered I overpaid by a lot for what I got Then to top it off I see you hit me with an expensive fee for Regional Sports which meant nothing to me and my decision to sign up for the month of October But that fee and taxes added another 20 to my monthly cost to see only the American league games Hardly a satisfying experience And not the best way to run a business Especially since you like to think of your company as an answer to millions of people cutting the cable

Fubo provided the perfect alternative to Spectrum when Spectrum and ESPN had a dispute of cost increase I switched to FUBO without a problem I didn t realize that FUBO offered more than just sports A range of programming choices

Rick is a genious After spending several hours trying to figure out how my account got deactivated Rick solved the problem in 10 minutes Thanks Rick But this is not the end of the story Upon trying to log in all my tvs into Fubo i had to take an additional step to make it work by calling cs Got Mila I admit took out my frustration over the last 4 hours on her She politely helped and made the task easier She even saved me 400 I ove FUBO

When I was able to speak to a person the interaction was very positive The problem is that I had to wait a long time to get to talk to a person then the option to wait for a call came to my ears and left my number to be called when an agent was available I did not like this
