Nice streaming platform

Nice streaming platform Easy to use I only wish FUBO would get it together and add TNT as it is a Noticeable absent sports channel I would welcome swapping out Fox News for it

Billing Concerns

The customer service rep answered all question However I was not please to learn that there are more price increases coming as of February 6th I also don t like that I can t use the service in more than one households We can access 10 devices but not on other TV s That makes no sense because no one person has 10 tv s in there house Therefore I have canceled my service with FUBOTV I had this service for a little over a hear and it was nice while it lasted I am going back to basic cable and PhiloTV Both of them together is cheaper than FuboTV It s much more suitable for my financial needs Thank you

Forced added RSN subscription

Agent was knowledgeable and told us about the RSN which we DO NOT WANT and are required to subscribe to As a result we are thinking of canceling our service I would like a reply from management regarding this issue of which others may feel the same way and not be forced to RSN

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS BUT IT WOULDN T LET ME LOG IN AFTER CHANGING MY PASS WORD I HAD TO GET TECH SUPPORT TO ASSIST ME AND HE COULDNT GET IT TO WORK EITHER AND HAD TO SIGN IN WITH A CODE THAT HE COULD ONLY GET TO WORK I HAD TRIED SEVERAL TIMES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT CODES

While the service was not exactly what

While the service was not exactly what I was looking the customer service rep was able to assist me in getting things taken care and even made several offers to keep my business Given that I live in Hawaii and the football scheduling is on a 5 hour time difference this service would have been excellent if I was living on the mainland closer to the area of my favorite team The service offers multiple sports channels and it would have been great for a huge fan such as myself if could watch the teams that I follow and love

Texting wasn t bad

I texted with Romina she helped me out perfectly I have never used a texting service for support and it was a pretty good experience I gave four stars only because I think I still prefer to speak over the phone Romina was great

Fubo Software Shortcomings

The Fubo platform says it supports up to 10 devices at the same time However you can only stream on 1 tv at a time otherwise an error message pops up saying that you are watching tv s in more than 1 location and interrupts the signal This is a bad glitch in software Fubo blames my internet provider and my internet provider blames Fubo Meanwhile I am stuck in the middle with no recourse other than to switch service I hope it does not come to that but it may Also why can t they offer History channel
