Made it difficult to cancel Took 2 days and still have been charged when I was told it was taken care of And lastly he was Rude Very rude

Absolutely not Never again

I am absolutely furious with FuboTv right now Whatever you do- DO NOT use their service I signed up for a free trial in April 2023 cancelled within 10 minutes because they did not have the basketball game I was looking to watch In June 2023 I received over 400 worth of charges They tell me I reactivated my account and upgraded some packages It was absolutely not me I was still sleeping when I received the welcome back email from Fubo along with the charges on my card I immediately notified my card company when I woke up and to this day Fubo still insists it was me They provided documentation to my credit card company and the credit card company denied my dispute Although the documentation they provided to my credit card company clearly shows activity from an IP address in Seattle I m in Wisconsin - Fubo will not talk to me at all because I ve disputed it with my credit card and I m struggling to be able to talk to anyone at my credit card company to be able to explain that information to them It is beyond frustrating

Fubo is a terrible streaming service

Fubo is a terrible streaming service I am paying almost 200 to watch English Premier League games and constantly have problems with their game streaming Constantly get streaming errors or if a game is in progress there absolutely no way you watch that game from beginning it will just have a spinning wheel Never had these issues when EPL was on DAZN EPL should not ever give the rights to Fubo again to avoid Football fans suffer through this horrible service Absolutely garbage service

7 day free trial a Hoax Drafted acct after 3 days

Drafted account after 3 days Waited over 25 minutes to talk to someone THEIR ERROR will take 7-10 business days to credit my bank It should be immediate 73 29 a month still had ads The poorest customer service EVER We did not stay with them after that error

Would give it zero stars if that were an option

Signed up for a 4 month plan to save some money but after cancelling after about 30 days I never received a pro rated refund After months of trying to get a refund for a service that I cancelled Fubo told me that I was not entitled to a refund according to their policies So when you sign up at Fubo if your unsatisfied with their streaming service be prepared to pay for it whether you like it or not Filing a report with the Maine Attorney General s office to report their unethical practices

The FUBO service is literally

The FUBO service is literally unwatchable Resolution is horrible stops and starts and quits through out a recorded game movie show or episode I have not been able to watch most of the content I have recorded on their service Everything is low early 1970 TV resolution quality - usually much much worse Sports games wouldn t play and also had stops starts wait finding your content notices and then just shuts down In the middle of a game Finally gave up Through out the past several weeks it has been awful Really unwatchable On top of that for most of the viewing over the past couple of years it has been barely viewable

Don t Lie to Your Customers

I signed up for the free trial to watch the Notre Dame-Stanford football game When I finally logged into the app which took over an hour I discovered that the Notre Dame-Stanford game was NOT listed anywhere on Fubo It s the old bait-and-switch tactic They hook you with a free offer don t deliver the service promised and then try to take your money I cancelled my subscription instantly and now I m writing scathing reviews wherever I can I will NEVER try Fubo again and I will advise all my friends and family not to fall for this scam

Fubo s streaming service is absolutely

Fubo s streaming service is absolutely awful Today I tried to watch a ManU vs Chelsea game from Dec 6 5 minutes into the game I got Fubo s famous circle waiting for 15 minutes Finally shut down Fubo and tried half an hour later Got passed the 5 minute mark only to have numerous short circles After an hour where I had only seen about 20 minutes of the game fast forwarded to minute 75 Ran for a minute and then got into the circle again Finally shut it off and went to my computer to see the highlights This is not the first time I have had this awful experience with Fubo I am quitting but of course lots of luck getting a refund on the unused part of the season I will NEVER sign up with FUBO again

Fubo is a scam

Fubo is a scam They have horrible customer service horrible refund policies and flat out awful streaming service I have filed a lawsuit against them for false advertising and will never choose Fubo again or recommend their streaming service

Horrible streaming service As a premium member I did not choose at free trial Live streaming of shows STILL have ad delays as many as 5 commercials every 15 minutes Sports access is better on YouTube or ESPN Navigation 2 5 over other services Search engine for shows stumble and miss early recognition Unless you want to over pay for streaming services don t trial this service I will not continue as a subscriber after the first 30 days Extremely dissapointed with this overpriced underperforming service
