Ordered some parts and some of them arrived either incomplete or incorrect Contacted the support team and they arranged to send out the replacement and missing parts but managed to miss one piece Persevere with the customer service and parts teams there s some good ones in there Jigs was particularly helpful offering decent support and advice and confirming that all my concerns were being dealt with before sending the missing piece Overall this company has provided exactly what I ordered and dealt with my concerns without too much trouble I ll definitely be a repeat customer

When you phone to talk to people at funbikes if the first person can t help you they will do all they can to answer you re question If they can t they will put you through to someone who can

Came earlier then expected as I picked for it to be delivered after the first of December due to it being an Xmas present so this was a bit annoying Also the box isn t discreet so the kids were able to find out what there Xmas present was as it s written all over the box other than that the product seems good and set up was fairly easy quick

Arrived within 2 days helpful delivery driver only bad thing is front tyre wouldn t go up as valve was knackered an few little scratchs but overhaul my son loved it

Delivery a few days late which was not helpful but overall good experience and would use again Customer service was spot on with a little problem Thanks and the boys love their buggies

Really happy with the product my 5 year old boy is stoked perfect size for him and the speeds very comfortable for him to control would recommend only reason I give a 4 is on the setup there s is no where that informs you of adding the fuse to the machine so for 24hrs after - putting on the suggested first time charge we thought the bike was faulty as ignition light wouldn t come on then realised that there was no fuse in situ and had to put one in frustrating to say the least Little more on the directions could avoid stress and hassle

Prompt delivery of Bambino mini quad looks a fantastic piece of kit not a toy Easy to assemble however wouldn t charge contacted customer service very little wait for a phone call from Abel in technical support with help from a telephone conversation and a you tube video emailed to me everything works perfectly There was no fuse fitted

The quad is great but the service not as great Received a call on the day of delivery advising issues with van so unable to deliver but would call back later the same day with alternative delivery details - no call I had to then chase to be told can t give a specific date for delivery only it will definitely be before Xmas This caused a lot of unnecessary stress the week before Xmas panicking that my son would not get his present It was then delivered Xmas week

Arrived safely and early happy with my purchase

We purchased a bike from this company for one of our grandsons a few weeks ago and were impressed with the service and the quality of packaging Service agent was Dinnie Given the standard of the goods and the service provided we have since purchased another bike for a younger grandson The only criticism I have is the standard of the construction instructions which are very poor and seem to be generic rather than bespoke for each of the dirt bikes This made it very difficult to build the bike as the instructions bore no relation to the bike we purchased I do not think this is Funbikes fault as they are supplying the product from the manufacturer but I would suggest they speak to manufacturer to try to resolve this as it makes it very difficult for the customer and without some experience in building this kind of thing then some individuals would not be able to build it Was it not for this I would definitely have given the company Five stars
