This is not a good company fuuse declared its independence from the Uk and now operates its own laws sarcasms aside this is a poor service that they take your 60 and pay the remaining after 3 days you can t override Uk laws

DO NOT USE FUUSE Two chargers did not work After multiple attempts I realised I was being charged 40gbp for every failed attempt Tried calling support but there was no pick up until I chose the Sales option With that option I got an answer but was then placed on hold for 45 mins at which point I gave up Now my card is maxxed out and I have no ability to charge Poor show this demonstrates a poor awareness of their customers situation

Fuuse Company overcharged me 48 for electricity in my car upfront charge 60 keeping my money for 5 days without refund This seems like a strategy to earn interest on customers so far the worst service provider among all greed

NEVER EVER USE FOR EV CHARGE POINT They ve taken payment from my account plus 60 Also when u tried to stop charge after 80 it would not allow me to stop Customer Services did not answer call and cut me off After over 30 minutes I got hold of a lady who says this happens all the time and I should not worry I am a disabled person who suffers from anxiety and she was very very rude and unempathetic

EV charger pre-authorised 60 which is a ridiculous amount to start with and then failed to deliver any charge Pre-authorisation has never been cancelled and refunded and after contacting customer support was refused help until after 10 working days had past which other companies I have dealt with resolve these within an hour Following the 10 day period I am still unable to get the money refunded as they can t find the transaction and it must be my banks fault Avoid using at all costs

I used one of their defunct charging platforms they took 55 00 from my account still waiting for this to be returned 2 weeks later Used at the time next charger no problems with taking correct money no problems

Do not use this company for charging
Do not use this company for charging your vehicle I planned my journey to make sure I got to work this morning and after checking their app it showed that charging ports were available and working I have tried to charge my car 3 times due to it appearing nothing had happened once I had swiped my bank card on the terminal However they charged me this ridiculous pre authorisation fee of 25 3 TIMES I have then contacted their service team who told me I would have to wait up to 5 days for my money back and was told I had to sort it myself given that I was left in the middle of nowhere with less than 7 battery on my car What a poor company managed to allow their terminals to charge me a pre authorisation fee on 3 occasions but the terminals did not work Stay clear of them and use one of the many other reliable companys
