The strap broke on my Garmin HR After a bit of faffing because the website wasn t very tablet friendly I managed to send the product back to get a new strap It was returned to me three days later not only with a new strap but a completely new watch The watch was also out of warranty Excellent customer service A Garmin thanks

Garmin Simply clearly better

I have bought many humminbird and lowrance sonar units but only one Garmin so far I have had many interactions with all three Lowrance is hopeless Humminbird does ok Garmin in absolutely amazing You call up - you talk to someone quick You get answers you get help - you get off your butt and back on the water to catch more fish THANK YOU GARMIN

Huge improvement

Huge improvement I wrote a damming review for Garmin 5 years ago giving them 1 star for customer support Recently I had cause to phone them again twice in fact regarding a new purchase I had just made and wanted assistance The response was terrific Very very helpful I find it hard to believe this is the same company that I dealt with 5 years ago New management perhaps or new and better policies Whatever the reason I have only the highest praise to offer now Well done and thank you

Great experience

Garmin was great with helping me sort out my HRM-Dual reliability issues I do not suggest emailing as that is a slow process however by calling on a Tuesday I was sorted out within 30 mins by Paul Great experience and appreciate the quick support

Excellent service

Excellent service thank you Garmin A very patient and helpful staff member who walked me through the steps to try to fix my Vivo active 3 watch then the watch was replaced when these steps didn t work I would highly recommend Garmin and will be buying their products in the future

Customer support not at all helpful Order should have come Wednesday nothing then promised Thursday nothing promised Friday nothing Can t issue a refund until I return it with the returns label somewhat impossible as it hasn t arrived Keep you hanging on the phone for fifteen minutes at a time while they speak with a colleague yeh right and they play the worst music hoping you are going to hang up They use UPS so might arrive for Christmas this year You can t review UPS no space on Trust pilot oh what a surprise Refused to send a replacement by any other means You couldn t make it up How not to run a company

My Guardian 11 watch from CPR

I bought my Guardian 11 watch from CPR Global of Swansea in August this year They assisted me over the phone to set the watch I have found it a very good purchase The staff at CPR are extremely helpful knowledgeable and polite I would have no qualms in recommending them They treat you like human beings With the service this Guardian 11 is giving me I wish I had bought a couple of steps higher up the product range Five star plus

My watch was not operating

My watch was not operating I followed the steps online no luck getting it to operate I called the 800 number Wes answered and he was very patient with me as I went through the steps He got on my connect account and he had my watch operational within a few minutes It was much appreciated I have several garmin products and after this experience will continue to purchase them

Well Here i go I must say the garmin 65 with alexa is the best device ive ever bought And im on the road all the time Really nice layout very easy to understand And gives me info about speed cameras and much more Plus for the Alexa there might be an sim only data slot as well as mico storage slot wich is already installed Trust me when i say this is a good bit of kit unlike the tomtom no mates i had for years im 100 backing garmin you wont be sorry you did
