Feeling scammed Ordered 3 pair now more than a month ago no word just a bunch of spam email on great deals but nothing on my shoes I ve sent multiple email asking about my order no response tried calling get a voice message directing me to the website Don t waste your time or money on these crooks

Shoes are so poor quality

Shoes are so poor quality I bought them in September and only wore once or twice a week It s December and they have fallen apart Was disappointed when they arrived as they look really cheap too From internet images thought they would look better Only redeeming feature was that they are quite comfortable It helps that they do wide fittings

Going on 3 weeks from ordering 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of insoles The tracking states that items are waiting for carrier That is false information After reviewing this company further it is evident that this company is fraudulent I have requested a full refund

Poor quality shoes they stink really bad and the company is not reputable You will be sorry if you order there shoes And that won t give you a refund so you will have to dispute charges with your credit card company Do not let this company take your money

The products are crap

The products are crap They appear appealing in the pictures however they sorely lack quality The sizes of the shirts are considerably inaccurate The shirts I ordered were the largest size available and what I received would be for a 12-year old Moreover the material was about the same as an old high school jersey from the 1980 s It took a month to receive my order and the tracking that they sent never updated The customer service is absurd and their return policy is ridiculous and skewed to benefit them In other words Gatsby is doing everything possible to not refund any or all of the order This company is deceptive and should be fined sued and closed

I ordered shoes on 12 4 23 and they still can t give me a delivery date They won t even confirm that I receive them by 1 4 24 Customer service only sites that they have a max of 30 days to deliver meanwhile their site says lightening fast shipping It has taken multiple emails to even get a response from them I would never order from them again and if I had not been trying to fulfill a Christmas wish list I would cancel now

Noxious Chemical Odor from Materials

Received the two pairs of shoes I ordered after several weeks The shoe materials emit a noxious rubber plastic odor that is overpowering I put them in my garage thinking that maybe the odor would dissipate after some time but the problem persists two weeks later I bought them as gifts so I cannot attest to the comfort or quality but it s not looking good out of the gate
