It is getting worse year by year
A few years ago I have ordered some merch and it did not came in time and even that i had to pay some extra money because of the delivery from another counter even they included taxes in price for shipping Now we have ordered two collector s editions for new WOW expansion and one book The book come early but it was horribly damaged and no collectors editions Thw support is so horrible and i wont buy anything else because of this experince Thanks Blizz

Horrible customer service
Cheaping out on the packaging of a collectible copy of wow Dragonflight resulted in it arriving with damages Customer service initially were apologetic and offered an exchange of the item or 30 discount on the order -only to turn 180 and basically tell me that the damage in their opinion was insignificant when I took them up on the offer Know your key demographic Guys I d love to avoid this store like the Corona but Blizz apparently does not give a fk anymore and choses to only sell their collectible items through this store 0 10 Won t recommend

Buy From This Store if You Love Headaches
Just like the others here - this is one of the worst buying experiences I have had If you place an order you cannot cancel it like you can with other normal retailers Support say it is in our terms and conditions that orders CANNOT be cancelled and they have to email their warehouse department which can take two to three weeks to reply So it is a roll of the dice if your order will be cancelled or not Each time you speak to an agent you will get a different reply Even though I m from the UK an agent said I would have 20 euros deducted from my order if I refused delivery of my parcel when it arrived I have found support often try to blame you for the clear mismanagement of the business they work for Even for pre-order items it took me 5 different agents and attempts to find someone that was able to cancel it and get a refund initiated In short don t fund this business They are essentially scammers If you still wish to proceed make sure you buy with a credit card so you can raise a dispute

What an absolute garbage customer
What an absolute garbage customer service I ordered a DF collectors box and it was delivered much earlier than expected I thought awesome but then realized the box contained no game key And THEN noticed my order is stuck on unfulfilled so no return possible yet I have been trying to get hold of someone on all platforms which seem inactive since January for a week now no luck It s like they don t exist

Do not even bother buying something
Do not even bother buying something from Blizzard is a ripoff 100 They are not even saying on the website which materials are the items made I ve got a damaged sh1ty overwatch jacket the Hanzo Genji one for which I ve paid a premium price of 120 only to find out that is made of 100 polyester I ve contacted the support address for more clarification and they offered a 10 discount Now I need to pay another 6 5 quids for a refund but now I know I ll never buy anything from blizzard again PREMIUM PRICES FOR CHINESE QUALITY

Terrible service
Terrible service ordered Helm of Domination arrived quickly enough but unfortunately it arrived with damage too outer box packing upon further inspection noticed damaged had gone through to items box inside It s a 450 collectors piece so of course you want it to arrive in mint condition not even opened box to check contents yet Contacted multiple times via chat to be told same thing oh we can t deal with this via chat we will need to transfer you to another department they will contact you Have they contacted me Have they hellRang customer service number 1hr queue no answer so gave up be warned for a company that is as big as they are you would expect excellent customer service Absolute jokers

Worst customer service ever experienced
Again like with many others the worst customer service experience I ve ever had to deal with Ordered 2 canvases and only 1 arrived multiple emails and support tickets left completely ignored multiple phone calls to support left unanswered Now having to go through my bank to claim the money back Won t ever be using the gear shop again no matter the item Quick update Jan 2023 - Thankfully bank fully refunded the order Since the refund blizzard have tried 4 times to take money from my account with no communication to me only finding out about this when the bank refused the withdrawal and updated me Still by far the most horrendous shopping experience I ve ever had

Blizzard Maintenance
So Blizzard took down their servers today for about five hours for maintenance The Diablo 4 product was if anything more unstable after the maintenance than before Waypoints disappear connection is lost frequently and gameplay is often stalled for seconds when the the servers can t update the client in near real-time what are challenge using current technology - cough cough Absolutely incompetent engineering They are more than willing to take our money and then provide a crap product in return

Missing part from collectors edition-WOW
Reported I am missing a tail from a griffin statue that is part of the wow collectors edition So far I have been asked to send photos to prove it hasn t been shipped Please tell me how photos of a now empty box and half assembled statue is going to prove anything I have paid 180 for this and the responses so far have been utterly pathetic Asking for delivery notes and everything possible rather than taking responsibility for a mistake that has clearly been made Delivery notes are not provided as it is a courier delivery the order number provided is more than enough information for you to find what information you need It feels as though they are doing every delay tactic possible rather than sending me what is missing Utter rubbish and this will be the last time I ever order anything from this company
