One of my best purchases ever

I have had this amazing pebble for about 4 years or so and I really love it As a cancer survivor anxiety can sometimes sneak up on me and I use my Sensate to tame that beast Their customer service has always been wonderful and they are always coming out with new soundscapes Yes it is expensive but it s so worth it Because without your mental and physical health life can be miserable Thank you Stefan for bringing this miracle to market And Manuel Sensate Has been so helpful on the fb page He s quick to answer customers questions and concerns as this is such new technology It can be confusing All in all a great company

Life saver

I ve struggle with anxiety stress all my life I ve tried so many things to manage it and this device is the only one that works EVERY time and in just 1 minute It s very simple just works because it massages your nerves to be in parasympathetic mode and calm your physical signs of stress Naturally your mind relaxes because you feel that you can handle the panic attack it just goes away I never travel without it in case I need it and often use it before going to bed to relax prepare for a good night of sleep Thanks to all the team at Sensate who created this life saving device

Transportation into deep relaxation

Sensate is an incredible invention I cannot believe how relaxed I actually feel after using a 20 minute session before bed It has changed my sleep quality massively and I look forward to my new found wind down just before I sleep I have never been able to meditate and switch off like I do with Sensate At first I thought how can a device that vibrates cost almost 300 But actually it has multiple sensations of beats waves flutters and pulses of vibrations that sync with the timing of your chosen track This then stimulates the vagus nerve and the body and mind melt into a state of utter relaxation I am completely Wowed by this and I cannot thank Sensate enough for bringing this device into my life Thank you

Patient and diligent customer service

My husband dropped damaged our Sensate so we needed a replacement We were offered a discount and in addition 1 free year of Plus There were many back and forth emails with Lucia but she hung in there through the mailing back of the old device getting the new one and getting Plus set up Now we are back to enjoying our Sensate

Great as an anxiety and sleep aid

I ve been using my Sensate on and off for just over a year but much more regularly over the past few months Earlier this year I started waking a lot in the night with anxiety with my heart pounding and really struggled getting back to sleep I started using the Sensate for ten minutes as I get into bed each night and it s made a huge amount of difference I sleep through the night now and if I do wake up I m able to get back to sleep really quickly In my experience it really helps my anxiety and sleep patterns so would recommend it to anyone who experiences similar I used it pretty sporadically when I first got it but now I use it religiously every night
