Everytime I try to order cards I have billing issues One time a payment went through for 2 gift cards but would not on a 3rd one Customer service was no help I tried to buy a Sephora card today and it said there was an issue do to billing information I went to the Sephora website and put in the exact same info and it went through instantly I ve learned you can get gift cards directly from most company websites now so I don t know why I keep trying this frustrating site

My Husband bought me a gift card for Sephora on Nov 22 2019 and it was supposed to be delivered to my email for Christmas 12 25 2019 00 00 and I never received it DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE just go to the store and buy it WHERE IS MY GIFT CARD Order Number 3552210I called on Dec 26 2019 8 15am1st call - I explained why I was calling and I was hung up on 2nd call - I explained again why I was calling and that I was just hung up on then he kept repeating if I don t get a response I will end this phone call and he then hung up 3rd call - finally someone who will actually talk I explained what happend and he said he will send the gift and that it can take mins to 4 hours to receive the new email ITS BEEN 4 HOURS STILL NO GIFT Guess I have to call back again Called back again Dec 26th 12 20 I was told that they will just send it again and he said he is sending it a couple times SCAM I asked if I don t get it this time what do I do next he said well call after 4 hours and we can discuss that UGH Still no gift card Now they are saying I will get a refund I will update to see if that actually happens or not Update 01 06 2020 Finally received my gift card and they actually gave me an extra 25 gift card for my troubles revised to a 3 star for sending compensation

Very Unfortunate Experience Company Made Amends
I wish I had just came here before ordering unfortunately I did not no confirmation email no order processed and of course no gift card although I was a assured by a Sales Rep by the name of Rodrigo that it would be sent in time however of course there was no email in my recipient s email After calling multiple times they have assured be my case would be sent for refund review which can take up to an additional 10 business days for me to receive the money back extremely frustrating ordeal especially to deal with on Christmas morning would definitely not use this site Update Company did finally send the recipient a 100 Gift Card and included a bonus 25 gift card for the delay appreciate it

Stay away Ordered yesterday 3 egift cards confirmation received within 10-15 minutes Ordered 2 more today December 24th nothing after an hour I start a chat and they tell me it takes 24 hours to process No thanks today is Christmas Eve So I tell them to refund me but it takes 5 days to process besides bank process time of 5-7 days of which I am aware So they are fast to take your money very slow to refund The support person was trying to be helpful and cancelled one order I will see if it s really cancelled tomorrow I get an email saying that the order is cancelled but no order number Rarely developers are that incompetent it s most likely the company policy Also their chat software does not allow you to save the conversation or email it to you Overall very untrustworthy company in my opinion EDIT after response thanks for the response but the experience just got much worse I got an email that the other card that I bought yesterday and that I asked to be cancelled has been actually sent Now is it cancelled or is it delivered Impossible to tell Will have to call my friend and explain why he did got a card that may or may not work and why his wife did not Terrible just terrible EDIT again increased the stars to 3 they are trying to fix the problem

As all reviews said It s a total scam At least mine was only 25 I ll dispute with MasterCard Update my order number is 4318012 I have tried to contact you but you hanged up five times Update 2 they have apologized emailed me an additional gift card on January 2 2020 and refunded me

Check your spam folder if you are the recipient
Updated review they sent the email to my recipient which was sitting in their spam folder not the company s fault Id give five stars for the quick checkout but the customer service wasn t happening Even emailing them through the website it gave me an error that couldn t be completed at that time So it is a legit company yes but make sure to create an account and not check out as a guest so you are able to see that it was sent etc

Beware - stay away is my advice Absolutely terrible experience is all I can say I signed up for an account using my everyday email address and puchased a gift card and sent it to the recipients email I subsequently noticed that I did not receive an email confirmation of my purchase I checked with the recipient and they had not recieved the gift card email I resent the card by logging into my account on giftcards ca Still the recipient did not receive it I opened a chat session on their web site I was told that if I dont have a quote standard email that is one with a domain such as gmail com or yahoo com then it wont work However their system did let me create an account and purchase a gift card with my everyday email addess that I successfully use for everything else This is a scam imo I asked for a refund I was told that the request has to be escalated to their refund team We will see if I get the refund I ll take this as far as it needs to go to uncover these guy s shady business practices In the meantime I have to go find another way to send the gift I acknowledge they did refund me for the gift card I appreciate the response and their communications albeit via Trustpilot cause they can t send me an email to my personal email address - strange setup For this I give them 2 more stars They should really look at modifying their system so that people with emails using custom domains or corporate domains can use it Or at the very least block the ability to send a gift card to such email addresses since under the present regime the individual the gift card is meant for will never receive an email notification that they have a gift card

UPDATE - giftcards ca was willing to work with me on the issue and resolved it They even gave me a 25 gift card to compensate for the previous issue I had BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM JUNK FOLDER

Edit to my review My mom finally received her gift card and everything is more than satisfactory I appreciate that they took the time to go above and acknowledge they were in the wrong I just wish the customer Service was better as no one communicated to me what was going on not have I ever received a confirmation email Ordered a gift card for my mom for Christmas she has yet to receive it She has checked her junk mail I have checked my junk mail and I have never even gotten an order confirmation email They were quick to withdraw the money though I emailed them for help never got a response so finally yesterday I called and the guy I spoke to said it was delivered to my moms email no it wasn t so I asked to have it just resent to my email and I would forward to her Sure no problem he says 2-4 hours you ll have that This was yesterday and today still NOTHING Merry Christmas mom
