I ordered a Tim Hortons gift card for

Edit I got the gift card The company apologized for the delay I ordered a Tim Hortons gift card for my husband on Christmas Eve to be delivered Christmas Day - no email confirmation or receipt He has checked daily - including spam still not receiving it to this date I emailed last week to ask about it and still I have received no response Oh but the money came off my credit card promptly Please provide my husband with the gift card or refund me please

Did not receive on delivery date

I ordered a 50 Google Play Giftcard on the 5th of April and the receipt stated I would receive the gift card on the same day However I have yet to receive it even after emailing customer service I ve seen that they have often replied to people s reviews on here so this is where I am turning to now The gift card was supposed to be for a friend s birthday and I had to show up empty-handed quite disappointed Update 06 04 2020 I have now received the gift card and my friend is happy I appreciate their willingness to respond to inquiries here

Good overall but a bit sluggish customer service

Update on Oct 29 2021 - Finally I was able to get a replacement card with original value I m happy now though could have been a smoother experience Pathetic customer service - I got this gift card from a friend and never realized that there is a monthly maintenance fee I lost all money loaded onto this card in the monthly fee and when I realized this I called the customer service and they assured me that since this is an honest mistake money should be coming back It s been 4 months now and I am calling every week to get the status on my request and I am getting the same answer - This is stil in process let us raise a new request you may call us back in 3-5 business days to get an update I have reached a point where I have started getting some people responding to me on call I have memorized their answers Even before they tell me this I tell them what they are about to say and ask them if it s correct and they tell - Yes you are correct What a shameless pathetic company Stay awaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Update Things Resolved

UPDATEAfter my review I heard back from the company and things have now been resolved Appreciated the quick response Feel much better about the company now Very disappointing experience Ordered an e-gift card on Christmas Day and it still has yet to be delivered Recipient has checked their junk mail and filters and no sign of gift card After my order I didn t receive a confirmation email after sending an email to the company two days ago there has yet to be a reply however the charge to my credit card was processed very quickly I wish I had checked the reviews prior to purchasing

I ordered a gift card for Sephora - it was never delivered Order 4321510- it was supposed to be delivered on December 26 No luck with customer service Suggest alerting your credit card of fraudulent activity Update unfortunately it still has not been received Junk folders or otherwise Please refund - thank youANOTHER UPDATE RATING CHANGE Today my gift card recipient got an email from Giftcards ca - not only did she receive the 50 gift card I originally purchased for her as a goodwill gesture for the delay they also gave her an additional 25 gift card I m very happy with this resolution - thank you for making this right

My order is 8536882 Today Feb 13 2022 I ordered through Giftcards ca a CAD 100 The Children s Place gift card to be emailed to my friend To my surprise after the credit card payment was made the onscreen message said We have received your order and it is being reviewed We ll send an email confirmation to my email address once the order is approved and your payment is processed First of all I have NEVER seen a message like that after doing an online purchase These systems are automated - or should be - and the emailed confirmation of receipt of payment should be IMMEDIATE This creates suspicion Further this is not a physical product that needs to be shipped to the recipient Therefore the emailed e-gift should have been sent to the recipient instantly PLEASE ACTION MY ORDER ASAP AND EMAIL ME TO LET ME KNOW OTHERWISE CANCEL THE ORDER AND REVERSE THE PAYMENT I AM DISSATISFIED AND UPSET

I purchased one card and it was emailed to the recipient within an hour It was used and worked fine

I placed an order yesterday evening and have received no confirmation e-mail My credit card has been charged and I have received no communications from the company since the order was placed As far as I know the 25 Toys R Us gift card has not been sent either Order 4312859Update 12 27 19 Concerning the reply from GiftCards ca below they have agreed to provide a refund However they stated that there will be a 3 to 5 day delay for resolution as well as 5 to 7 day delay for the refund So far I have not yet received the refund Update 12 31 19 I received the refund today There is a purchase reversal transaction posted to my account sooner than expected I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars even though I might be a little disappointed that they were unable to fulfill my order They appear to have tried their best and they made things right in the end by granting me a refund just as they said they would I don t see any reason to accuse them of fraud or running a scam as several people have done here Seems to be a legitimate and honest company to me and I had a good experience with their customer service

I was a bit skeptical went for it anyway -- success

I was a bit skeptical As the reviews here are horrid awful I seen people say things like Under Review should be automatic I understand these processes better than some I understand ALL transactions on the internet take time to be verified But certainly could be a method used by scammers Not receiving cards company claims might have went to spam folders There were more Although my experience is I had all of those things happened Although my gift card went to my inbox singup emails went to spam And it only took about 5 MINUTES for it to go under review People are very impatient I think I would like to encourage people to use the site as my experience was great Not saying this will be the same for you I have used this website in the past I believe not 100 sure but I think so just don t have my old email anymore to verify If it was the same place it also went well every time Stay safe everyone

Excellent experience

Excellent experience I ordered several gift cards for birthday presents but I made a mistake when ordering Spoke to Mario in CS the following day full refund so I then ordered the correct ones and received them immediately No problem with this Company
