Poor service
Ordered a 3 piece suite in January it was very delayed then after 6 1 2 months told that one chair had been missed off the shipment Had to really fight to get my 906 deposit back They wanted me to either take just the sofa or the sofa and 1 chair and wait for other one to be delivered I explained that the 2nd chair might be a different colour as made from a separate batch and that it might take another 6 months to come I was assured that the second chair was already made and would be within 8-10 weeks Eventually customer services investigated for me and confirmed that 2nd chair HAD NOT been made and said l was entitled to a refund I understand mistakes happen but felt l had to beg for my deposit back No apology has been given or compensation for the fact they had my deposit of 906 for 6 1 2 months and that they did not provide my order
