Disgraceful service
Disgraceful service. I ordered and paid for a bracelet five weeks ago, and it still has not arrived. When I requested a refund, I was told that delivery is out of their control and that since the item is not yet “officially” lost in transit, no refund would be issued. Their emails are passive aggressive, with bold text used to emphasize their points. I would not recommend using this company, and I will not use them again.

This company is a nightmare DO NOT order anything from them because if you want to return anything you can not get an answer from them they have this big long detailed return policy and then it says DO NOT return to us return to warehouse OK WHERE IS IT there s no return label with ur item and NO return address I ve contacted them 10 different platforms I finally received 1 message from FB in French even though I messaged in English but basically it was telling me to send a message to the e mail I had ALREADY messaged numerous times and no answer now why couldn t they just give me the RETURNS ADDRESS
