Ordered 3 bracelets and supposed to receive charger Didn t receive charger so bracelets worthless although I paid 45 No help from customer service actually no response Should not be allowed to advertise full refund if not satisfied

I agree with the previous person they don t deserve any stars I have placed my order over a month ago up until yesterday my order still showed as delayed this morning when I checked it shows delivered I have not received anything

This is the biggest rip off ever The money back guarantee does not exist I bought the product 40 Euros it didnt work I sent it back to China with the packaging and receipts as instructed That was May 2024 November 2024 They dont even bother to answer my emails DON T GET ROBBED BY THIS OUTFIT

Order an item 27th august and their tracking stated delivered 24th September Item never arrived and know ignoring emails Have made a dispute via paypal still waiting

Scam site - slick website active advertising but the product you get if it arrives at all is total rubbish a few beads on a flimsy bit of elastic in a shoddy plastic bag No communication if you complain Complete waste of money

This company is a nightmare DO NOT order anything from them because if you want to return anything you can not get an answer from them they have this big long detailed return policy and then it says DO NOT return to us return to warehouse OK WHERE IS IT there s no return label with ur item and NO return address I ve contacted them 10 different platforms I finally received 1 message from FB in French even though I messaged in English but basically it was telling me to send a message to the e mail I had ALREADY messaged numerous times and no answer now why couldn t they just give me the RETURNS ADDRESS

This company is SCAM I received my bracelets Ordered the charger received the plate but no charger said delayed Got message delivered not on my front porch or in my mailbox Emailed them every which way and no response They don t even have a telephone Learned lesson not to order from anyone until checking the reviews DO NOT ORDER from them
