Super service and speedy delivery but special delivery Over 10k of product just posted through a letter box no signature or anything

Dealing with Gold co uk is very easy especially straight forward when purchasing however I ve only given a 4-star rating because when it comes time to sell that MUST can ONLY be done AFTER speaking to one of their representatives on the phone When the market is moving fast as the precious metals market always does then this becomes a real problem Each time I ve sold Gold Silver with Gold co uk I had made my decision to sell within good time but when I tried to contact Gold co uk in order to sell nobody was available to execute my sale so I had to leave a message only managed to sell my gold 2 days AFTER my decision had been made As a result the price had declined quite sharply between the time when I had made my decision to sell and the sale was actually completed Conversely they make it extremely quick easy to BUY online after your account is setup with only a few clicks and without needing to speak with anyone SUMMARY Quick easy to BUY but very SLOW to sell which makes this is a good Company to deal with for Buy Hold strategies for physical gold but not good for trading

From order to delivery has been just 1 day Well packed goods with no damage A few more storage options and more in stock gold and silver coins would help

Apart from 1 small error with the D D data submitted by Gold co uk consisting of 1 wrong digit on their bank a c all is good No issues Would recommend Gold co uk to all

Very quick delivery and smooth transaction However I received different coins to what I had ordered and no explaination was given The weight is what I d paid for so I m not hugely bothered but it does leave a nagging doubt regarding any future transactions that I might make

What I didn t like is that I asked a question and even though they answered me it didn t make sense I perceived it as a standard copy-paste but unfocused on the question Exactly the question never answered is if what I was buying was from the Royal Mint or if it was a gold copy

The Service re buying is good but I have requested a print out of my buying as I am not able to print it off I have never had a reply and have sent an email several times

The service is great however I ve done two purchases with them and in both occasions I ve had issues with the delivery service Once delayed and the second time the item went missing completely and I had to drive up to Birmingham to purcuase again as my order was time sensitive It doesn t put me off buying from them however I ll stay vigilant
