Called to sell gold sovereign but they were too busy so left my number for them to call back however they never returned my call so cannot comment on any transaction Sold the coin with another more helpful and friendly company I originally gave 1 star but feel that was too harsh for just not returning a call

Very happy with the shopping but not to happy about doing this time because my parcel came open I m soo glad i have what I ordered

When the package arrived I didn t realise until after I d taken it from the postman that it was actually open I have checked my doorbell no can see it was like that before it was handed to me I did actually video myself opening it just in case it had been tampered with please make sure you actually seal your parcels

Took a week from date of purchase to get my item It was dispatched last Friday via DPD I was sent an email informing me the item has been fully dispatched however DPD tracking showed item yet to be received all weekend long I was confused as I thought it would arrive next day Saturday However I waited for a few more days only to be sent an email from gold co uk stating my item was involved in a theft incident in transit Makes me wonder why use a courier and send an email with a PIN to me when it can be stolen in transit regardless Anyway Gold co uk did offer a goodwill refund or replacement item which I did receive sent via Royal mail Special delivery I don t know if I will buy again as I can t be sure of courier incidents recurring And yes no email from DPD as to what happened to my item Meanwhile someone has information like my name and address etc from the delivery note which worries me and my family

Gold is supposed to be our way out of the banking system money cartel but no You can t sell any unless you can prove where you got it and provide a receipt I bought it from gold uk and gave it to my wife They wouldn t let her sell it because she didn t have a receipt even though they had records showing that I purchased it from them
