Missing silver I have asked gold co uk 3 times about missing orders as yet I have received no response therefore I will have to add Is this a possible scam I queried using the web forms on the 12 08 20 no response13 08 20 no response14 08 20 no response and rude customers service on phone the person I spoked sound like she couldn t really be bothered to look I to this matter Email 12 08 20 and 14 08 20 no response on both the customer service and complaints email Also no response in sales email address In all very poor customer service or I have been scammed So now they want to talk to me They have queried there lack of customer support on trust pilot hmmmm Shame they could not respond over the 3 emails and phone calls I am more then happy to supply evidence to trust pilot should they gold co uk dismiss this review as I have done when other companies who will not admit to there failings or try to hide there one star reviews All I am after Is the tracking numbers which so far despite 3 requests you have been unable to provide I probably will not be delaing with you after this matter and go back to my other providers of bullion which has never been this much hassles they where just temporarily out of silver Edit 18th all four orders arrived at once The fact I had to complain via trust pilot to get a response means I can only give you 2 stars as your customer service is extremely poor Update after sharing the value of my orders and a pointless response only highlights your extremely poor customer service Therefore I have your company is back to one star
