Recently bought an auction property from them great thanks to Adam Stewart from the Newcastle branch Very corresponding a good amount of information in the legal pack which saved me a lot of time and great negotiation skills with the sellers 10 10 would recommend

Fantastic buying experience

Relocating 150 miles was never going to be a walk in the park however it was made much easier by Faye and her colleagues at Patttinson who were professional polite helpful and caring We received regular updates from Pattinson which gave us the chance to pass on any info from our end and on the odd occasion when we needed something we got an answer straight away Full marks to Pattinson and special thanks to Faye at the Bedlington branch

Sheila was always lovely to deal with and chased my queries up straight away and Darren really impressed me when he came to do the valuation - really good local knowledge and enthusiasm for his work Couldn t fault Pattinson s West Road branch at all

The Auction Team were efficient

The Auction Team were very efficient and although I didn t manage to sell my property via auction I was kept informed of progress every week without fail All those I had contact with were professional and very pleasant to deal with Special mention to be made of Natalie and Brooke who were particularly helpful and always very nice to speak to

Top service from Jonny at Pattinsons

Jonny Buckle from the Pattinson Regional Centre has been amazing right from the property enquiry offer being accepted and whilst the purchase is progressing He has been available to answer queries look into issues and just the sort of person you want to deal with His polite and attentive demeanor have been a bonus to his professionalism He is a credit to Pattinson and have already recommended a couple of friends also searching for properties

House purchase - Excellent from start to finish

I really couldn t have asked for a better service from Wendy at Pattinsons There were a few bumps along the way which were out of her hands but she consistently chased and provided me with daily updates Communication was excellent and made me feel at ease when I couldn t get answers from anyone else Very polite and friendly too - would 100 recommend

Highly recommended

I was very impressed with the service provided by Stephen Wilson in the Consett branch He was always a pleasure to deal with He arranged plenty of viewings gave me prompt feedback on each viewing gave good advice to get the sale agreed and chased both sets of solicitors regularly to ensure that the sale kept on track It was nice to deal with someone who obviously enjoys his job and is very good at it Everyone I spoke to in the branch seemed equally helpful and efficient I would highly recommend Stephen and the Consett branch
