Fantastic buying experience
Relocating 150 miles was never going to be a walk in the park however it was made much easier by Faye and her colleagues at Patttinson who were professional polite helpful and caring We received regular updates from Pattinson which gave us the chance to pass on any info from our end and on the odd occasion when we needed something we got an answer straight away Full marks to Pattinson and special thanks to Faye at the Bedlington branch

I really couldn t have asked for a better service from Wendy at Pattinsons There were a few bumps along the way which were out of her hands but she consistently chased and provided me with daily updates Communication was excellent and made me feel at ease when I couldn t get answers from anyone else Very polite and friendly too - would 100 recommend

I was very impressed with the service provided by Stephen Wilson in the Consett branch He was always a pleasure to deal with He arranged plenty of viewings gave me prompt feedback on each viewing gave good advice to get the sale agreed and chased both sets of solicitors regularly to ensure that the sale kept on track It was nice to deal with someone who obviously enjoys his job and is very good at it Everyone I spoke to in the branch seemed equally helpful and efficient I would highly recommend Stephen and the Consett branch
