I was clearly scammed

This site is a scam Web says it s a FREE site first of all They take your money and I got nothing in return then say it s unrefundable You can t use a mobile device to get a report 90 of users do everything on their cell so why not clearly say that Instead they say they use an 85 bit whatever but when you call for a refund they say iphone isn t compatible I didn t get a service for my money I got NOTHING FOR MY MONEY STAY AWAY FROM THESE NO GOOD SOB s

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THIS COMPANY ARE BREAKING THE LAW Despite three cancellation requests including twice filling in their online form to cancel during the trial period the online form states someone will call they never did they withdrew 62e from my account and refuse to refund This company are based in Delware Delaware law states 66 Del Laws c 276 1 70 Del Laws c 186 1 83 Del Laws c 115 1 Which states 4 With respect to a contract that automatically renews and without regard to the duration of such renewal period fails to provide a cost-effective timely and easy to use mechanism for cancellation A consumer who enters into a contract online shall be permitted to cancel the contract online This company are in violation of this law they refused all cancellation requests via email until I called at great cost to myself as I am calling from Europe then tried to hide behind their t c which are in violation of the above law The rep only refunded half the 62e so I will be beginning chargeback proceedings to get the entire amount A chargeback I will win as I have both evidence of multiple cancellation requests AND the law on my side These people are scammers DON T sign up for anything during the trial period These people are disgusting

This company is horrible they are selling my information and claim they are not They have an opt-out that does not work they require you to give them more personal info to sell I talked to the rep who repeated the same lie we remove in 11 days which is a lie I have screenshots and emails of their illegal company They have the opt-out button on their site pretending to comply with privacy laws They have the nerve to try and convince me it is not my info they are selling but another person with the same addresses and phone number from prior years They even have the nerve to have my elderly mom s current address on their site where someone can harm her These people are evil and I am going to pursue legal options I have screenshots and emails to prove all that I am saying Yahoo should be a shame of themselves

They charged my card i just logged on did the 1 00 trial then they got my cards a couple days later for 50 i totally forgot i had even went on their site had to cancel card bcuz i didn t even know what it was for then had to search and go through trial and tribulations to cancel a service never wanted Their SO SCAM ARTISTS YOU WANT INFO GO TO YOUR NEAREST COURT HOUSE ITS MIRE RELIABLE ACCURATE AND YOU LL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

I signed up for the advertised 1 00 trial I was then immediately charged an extra 16 98 to download my search Nowhere on the site was the download fee posted and on top of being unknowingly charged the download did not post anywhere in my downloads or email that I provided I m now out 17 98 and I can t view my search This is a VERY shady and sneaky company

Not a legit lookup site I agreed to only pay 1 00 for a trial for a few days and that same day they tried to charge my debit card twice for 10 each time then they tried to charge my card yesterday 40 and then another time 30 what gives them the right to charge my card for random transactions that I didn t even agree to As soon as I saw that they tried to charge my card 10 the firstTime- I cancelled my debit card and I ordered another new debit car with a different number please cancel your debit card and order a whole new debit card cuz otherwise they will keep charging your card left and right cuz they re scammers who are lazy and rob peoples money

This service is a complete joke and a waste of time I was only supposed to be charged 1 00 and they charged me 20 I immediately called and supposedly was being issued a refund however when I called back 2days later they stated there has been an error processing my refund How is there an error giving me my money back when it wasn t an issue charging me more than what I was supposed to be charged On top of that the information being provided is incorrect so this service and company is really a scam I will never ever use this service ever again

You must subscribe to use their Search service so I paid 1 and didn t Find it to be anything Special I decided to Cancel IMMEDIATELY You can cancel your subscription which should stop within 48 Hours If you don t have 48 hours you need to call them on the phone to unsubscribe The so called Free Subscription period 5-7 days Well -They Billed me For the SUBSCRIPTION ANYWAY Now I have to Fight to Get My BACK
