Worst delivery service i have ever experienced

Made the order for 3 items on January the first Today it s the 30th and i m still missing one item the other two items took 2 weeks to deliver The missing item was a magnet strip for the bathroom instead I received a huge water boiler Called customer support and after 20 minutes in que they fixed for the boiler to be returned But I m still missing the magnet strip

Terrible customer service Terrible delivery Delivered my Altantak with missing parts 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a delivery date for when the parts will be delivered Had remindered to pay the invoice 1 They only sent mails from noreply accounts 2 Over 40mins waiting on calls to speak to representatives 3 Don t reply to email questions Horrible company to deal with I would avoid strongly I will not use them again UPDATENo replies to my emails no phone calls but First thing the next day and they can find the time to reply to my negative TrustPilot comment If you want to speak to GolvShop - leave a comment for them on Trust Pilot GolveShop - why not just email me or phone me youre not talking to me youre talking to the the users of Trust Pilot Just send the 10 missing parts

Not happy

I purchased a Sommark k Muurikka Gas Maxi Pro All I would like to say is that the stand assembly is a totally rubbish product to put it mildly The instructions are left handedly put up parts missing parts that belong to an another model etc no pre-bored holes for screws on wooden slats poor nut weldings that make it impossible to assemble it resulting in a unstable dangerous set up considering the fact that the cooking activities with this involve heavy pans frying in oil etc I am surprised that a reputed company like Muurikka that I used to look upto is non-chalantly marketing such a useless product Reputation spoiler I suggest try it for yourself your different models to study if you care Then your payment through Svea bank that purposely split up the payment amount to confuse you and you miss a small amount 254 sek in my case and cough up 100 sek to make up for your outstanding late payment What a way to earn money There is no mail address as far I see on the website to sent a mail and address my concern I am deeply deeply disappointed and furious for having bought this and feel like taken for a ride

I purchased an item online received an email stating it was no longer in stock and would I take an alternative I said yes it arrived broken and now I am not receiving any responses to multiple emails I ve sent customer service
