I bought a trial period for 0 10 euro and then they used my credit card to charge me for another month I did not like their service and did not renew it after the trial period When I asked for my money back they refused

Scam Avoid
Totally scam In the advertisement they say that they honour a full refund in 14 days if you are unhappy In the agreement they said that there was no refund and also there was no option to get a refund online and cancel the agreement This will be escalated as a scam to my credit card provided as in the trial I ve been fully charged

Nice try but do it right
Was told about the service by family and would of course try it A lot of crap channels that you don t watch Vod does not work as promised Expensive compared to what you get The picture freezes some times Difficult to navigate I will not recommend it as it is just now

Best digital TV service you can get
Have been watching Croatian TV from abroad for a few years via gonet tv and very happy with it Great service with very reliable HD streams of all channels that you get on your local Central Eastern European territories plus movies sports music channels Amazing value for money too Only had minor issues maybe twice in over three years and each time customer service responded quickly and had issues fixed asap Happy customer here thanks team Gonet tv
