The price is great and I will stick with them but I have a lot of feedback Number 1 customer service is really hit or miss You can often times find yourself up against a brick wall in situations where you have a valid concern But this is pretty much the same as any other carrier It s not like AT T is fun to deal with If anything Fi has better customer service than AT T Number 2 call quality It s just not as good as it should be AT T is definitely better I can get into all the specifics and there s a number of ways and networks you can get on with Fi all of it is decent You end up with an echo or call issues far too often I ve had 4 different phones even an iPhone It s just Fi I ll stick with the service and hope they continue to improve The international aspect of the service is great at least when we aren t all locked down in pandemic mode
