Earlier today we had the pleasure of meeting one of your engineers samantha Very helpful and patient in explaning everything Samantha was a lovley young lady and very considerate of the space she was working in covering over the side before starting to work cleaning everything up Her work was spot on and had are heating working in no time Highly recommend

Samantha called before she arrived and was friendly and got on with servicing the boiler She kept everything clean and tidy and I was very happy with the work carried out I called customer services first thing to confirm the appointment as there had been a previous mix up and selected the callback option and was called promptly They confirmed and gave an approximate TOA so I could at least plan my morning

Fantastic Engineer Adey came out from Alpha to fix our boiler He was knowledgeable courteous and professional He kept us informed throughout the day so we knew when he would arrive Because of the experience today we have signed up for our yearly service with them can t recommend enough

Andy visited today to service our boiler and he has been here on several occasions because we are in his area that he visits as we are a little bit out of the way in Glastonbury He is such a lovely man so it s good to always see the same person sort of adds to a great customer service He is so professional and calm that you can ask him for advice not feel that you are putting him out keep up with the great service Alpha as it is very much appreciated We always recommend you to friends neighbours etc

The positives of Alpha Annual Service are a date is given for a visit to be agreed On the day of the visit a time frame is sent by text therefore not holding up a whole day The Service is carried out efficiently We usually have the same young man doing the Service who we now recognise which is reassuring The only negatives are we have found it increasingly difficult to speak to Alpha by phone It has become clear Alpha is not easily contactable by phone only text This was a fact that was not clear
