Great service all round Managed to book an appointment for repair very quickly and great communication around when the engineer would arrive James Ross the engineer who attended was fantastic Very knowledgeable and found the route cause of the problem very quickly Couldn t have been more helpful

Great service from Alpha when my two year old boiler developed a leak I had a call later in the day from their chosen service engineers who arranged a visit the next morning Great service from them the heating engineer found the leak quickly ordered the parts required and returned as soon as they arrived and completed the repair No problems no hassle just a great service all dealt with as quickly as possible Well done

Telephoned and advised a time for visit and was there on time and no waiting He was extremely helpful and made sure the boiler was working efficiently and that I was pleased with how the boiler was working and was there anything I needed to know Andy introduced himself and was very pleasant and courteous and a credit to your Company

The positives of Alpha Annual Service are a date is given for a visit to be agreed On the day of the visit a time frame is sent by text therefore not holding up a whole day The Service is carried out efficiently We usually have the same young man doing the Service who we now recognise which is reassuring The only negatives are we have found it increasingly difficult to speak to Alpha by phone It has become clear Alpha is not easily contactable by phone only text This was a fact that was not clear
