I can t thank Great Jones enough for getting my family into the perfect home We spent months searching for a house with no luck Great Jones specifically Randy really took the time to listen to our situation and help us find a home They always answered emails and questions The move in process has been stress-free and easy They give you all of the information you need and are there for any questions I m so grateful for them We re very excited to get settled into our new home

Great Jones has been wonderful to work with from the very start We had no heat when we lived in and they worked hard to make sure we didn t go without for very long Their repair folks and customer service reps are top notch The house is beautiful and I love the convenience of paying rent online

Someone from Great Jones contacted me very shortly after I submitted my maintenance request He asked a lot of questions and assured me that our urgent issue would be taken care of soon He and the company who sent technicians out to us were all very helpful and were in regular communication with us The team they sent out did a great job getting to the root of the problem We have been very pleased with previous issues being fixed quickly as well

Previous maintenance was very very slacks but now that they re with latchel these guys were outstanding I really enjoyed them they are fun they are professional they made me laugh I made them laugh they did a fantastic job on the leak in my house I would ask for them to come back if I have any problems and them only I d even cook them a mistake there keep them on your payroll they were awesome

Michael Weiss has been extremely responsive the application touring and corresponding was done mostly through email which had me uneasy at first but even with a holiday weekend they were very responsive communicated everything well and made me feel right at ease the house is rented at fair market value and is clean and safe and renovated and I wanted to do business with them just bc they haven t capitalized on the supply and demand issue that s going on now their homes are fairly priced clean and safe and im actually very glad I pursued my rental through them im old school so I ve never used a distance property management company before but they made it so easy and efficient
