So far so great We havent completed on our property yet so will leave another review once we have So far working with Michael Jones Co has been great we booked in a viewing and Jack Cottingham had another property that just came on the market he offered to take us there straight away to view it We offered on the next week and Jack and colleagues have gone out of their way to help in every way they can especially as the property needed some work

Catherine guided and supported us through a tenant checkout at the end of a tenancy we are the landlords She kept us fully informed was super efficient and dealt professionally with the sometimes tricky issues that arose Everyone we dealt with at Michael Jones over the whole process of the tenant checkout and the new tenant moving in were helpful and polite Highly recommended

My wife and I will shortly be completing on a move to a property sold through Michael Jones From my first call to book a viewing right through to exchange of contracts the team there have been helpful and facilitative Some agents can be overprotective of sellers to the detriment of a smooth sale process but I found MJ to be transparent and open in everything they did We ve moved house 5 times and this was by far the best experience we have had with a selling agent Special thanks to Ben Maylin for all his help

Mark made the experience as pleasant as possible It wasn t an easy process for us with numerous delays lower down the chain and sometimes it became particularly frustrating but throughout all of that mark was the one that kept things calm measured and achievable He applied just the right amount of pragmatism and humour to the whole journey

Mark Durrant kept us up to speed with how things were progressing with our house sale every step of the way and effectively dealt with the odd bump in the road with complete professionalism - nothing appeared too much to manage As such we could not recommend him or Michael Jones highly enough

Lucy and Bradley recently acted for me in the rental of my flat in Worthing and they are also acting as managing agent for the rental too They have provided an amazing professional service The property has been let in less than 1 week at a higher yield than I was expecting At least 12 people were booked in to view the property on the day and I believe they were inundated with offers They have always been super professional accessible and responsive to any enquiries and any requests for help I could not recommend them more highly

Efficient but caring too

My first time with Michael Jones after many agents looking after my rented accommodation over a 22 year period Aside from the price hike I could not be happier with the way that my new tenancy agreement was handled I had some maintenance issues and these were dealt with not only quickly but with care and concern by Kim Brand Kim made me feel important and not just a little fish in a small studio Thank you Kim
