Tatal lack of communication

Tatal lack of communication appauling and unprofessional Its bad enough when a loved one passes away but to then have to deal with such an unprofessional company is terrible Chose these as they were not for profit liked the idea of profits going back into community Wish I had never set eyes on them

Numerous emails and still no communication Now a formal complaint to the Funeral Directors Ombudsman I am absolutely appauled at the way in which Green Willow has behaved losing a loved one is traumatic enough but then to have to deal with an incompitent uncaring unprofessional company takes it to another level Avoid at all costs

Compassionate

From my first meeting with angela I could see she was a very kind and caring lady and helped me greatly with all arrangements for my dads final journey which can be difficult for a son losing his dad she had great empathy for the situation and was extremely helpful in all endeavours The drivers on the day and angela leading the procession were very professional and very nice I would say greenwillows is truly outstanding
