Napoleon Prestige Grill
Grill was packaged amazingly well Semi stopped at my driveway and the driver wheeled it in my garage Grill and parts were in perfect condition I used the YouTube video to help me put it together The assembly went exactly like the video Checked for leaks and cleaned everything We cooked out for the first time and it went great Food was great The Napoleon grill is high quality and I m very glad I spent the extra money It will last for years Many of the parts have a lifetime warranty The ones that don t have a 15 year warranty Very happy and I am looking at several accessories to buy that work with this grill Can t wait till the next time we use it

Great prices and even better customer service
Ordered a few items and communication from the Grill Collection customer service was second to none Although some of the items were on back order we were notified of any changes in expected delivery dates and items were shipped when available A discontinued item was identified after ordering and a replacement suggested by the customer service team and given the slight delays this caused the additional cost of the new item was waived The Grill and the combo access unit ordered were very well packed and delivery was on time and communicated well by the delivery company The grill collection send out a very detailed list of instructions of what to do before signing for the items from checking the package for any damage and taking photos if there are to how to reject if damaged Thankfully all the items were received in perfect order I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a grill or outdoor kitchen setup
