WEBSITE IS A SCAM

Placed 2 orders that totalled approximately 1500 dollars All products showed in stock and shipping via FedEx in 1-3 business days 2 weeks later after having my orders sit at awaiting shipment for approximately 10 days I contacted the company via website message I was told my orders had been pulled and awaiting shipment I replied letting them know that it said ships in 1-3 business days and let them know I needed a tracking number ASAP or I was going to file with PayPal for a refund The next day one of my orders were refunded leaving me with a 200 order still hanging out there it s been almost a month now no communication and no refund they didn t even bother responding to PayPal DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU

They can t be legit scam

I have not purchased anything from this site and I m glad that I found these reviews to keep me from ordering Was looking for a ec meter and they have a blue Labs HGC716187 for 20 and I thought to myself thats not right so I look up the part number it s a 250 item If that don t have a rip off written all over it So thanks to the people who write reviews keep people like me from wasting money I don t have

Scam business that does not ship

Scam business that does not ship products Was told by Sara that Thanks for reaching out Your order has been pulled out from the warehouse and getting ready for the shipment Regards Sara Then when I still have no delivery or tracking number for 2-weeks and asked I was told I apologize for the delay We have processed your shipment and it is currently in our shipping department being processed for shipment We will update the tracking information and will send you confirmation once it s been scanned by the carrier Regards Sara Two weeks later and still not tracking number and the same canned response I filed a complaints with the Better Business Bureau Federal Trade Commission and State of Wyoming Attorney General All of these have online reporting systems but I cannot post the links here so you need to Google them I encourage all to file complaints with each of these in order to get this business shut down de-listed and hopefully prosecuted

This company ripped me off

This company ripped me off Do not use 800 dollar charge and we never received our product I cannot get through to customer service Noone will return calls or emails

Almost placed an order but luckily i found out it s a scam company I ve reported it so Shopify so they can take action on these scammers Go ahead and report it to Shopify which is the ecommerce platform they use

This company is a joke ordered

This company is a joke ordered potting containers recieved an email the same day that product was ready to ship 2 weeks later I called asking for a refund and was told it had left their warehouse even though I did not receive a shipping confirmation 3 weeks later called and emailed and was told that I could not be refunded bc the item had already shipped I asked Sara where the item is bc I ve been waiting 3 weeks and she has not responded reporting this scam

Company scammed me out of 200

I ordered plastic grow bags for my garden totaling around 200 The company never shipped I then called the company and they told me it was leaving the warehouse tomorrow They never shipped I contacted them again and they gave me some line that the order was canceled and there was a chargeback Some scammer lady named sara I never received a refund If you have been scammed contact me at kustomdesigner at gmail this company has scammed enough people we may be able to work together to file a class action lawsuit if we have enough people Let s shut down these scammers once and for all

beware scammers

beware scammers kept saying they were pulling the item out of their warehouse to ship but never did so 6 weeks later and they still haven t shipped despite asking them several times they refused to issue a refund just reported them to the bank to chargeback the card Edit I issued my chargeback and a month later they finally sent the items likely because they wanted to reclaim the money they were trying to scam from me I no longer need these items Super shady tactics They deserve nothing but bad karma
