So far very informative especially if you didn t have any knowledge in fertility I will absolutely recommend this to women I know who are trying to conceive

So far the app has been super educational while simultaneously being engaging - no small feat I m excited to keep learning more and putting the info to practice I like that the app doesn t try to make you feel bad or change all your habits overnight which would not be realistic or sustainable

Pregnant and view of food has changed for the better

I was doing IVF and saw a dramatic change in my embryo quality after a number of months on the gyna co diet The first embryo transfer after continuing the diet worked I m now 27w pregnant My view on food is now completely different and I will be eating healthier for the rest of my life
