Just purchased this a few days ago after struggling with IVF for about a year I feel much more equiped and hopeful for what is to come The information is organized very well and the recipes I have tried have been delicious and nutritious Ive learned so much in just a few days and have easily applied the knowledge

I was skeptical at first but so far my experience with Gyna has been great My favorite is the meal plan with recipes Everything is laid out for you and you get different recipes each week I have not had a bad meal yet even my husband is enjoying the meals and he s as picky as a 5yr old I also love the information and becoming more educated on different functions different foods play in both our fertility

I love that gyna co simplifies everything and makes sure you have an understanding of everything It truly is an easy read It s easy to go back if you feel you need to as each section is broken down for you Only thing is I wish there was an option to print out your favourite recipes

Lots of nutritional data that appears to be scientifically sound and backed by studies In order to really put the info to use those trying to conceive need to be ready to make potentially drastic changes to their diet and be quite disciplined Small changes will help but diving full in will be best I just started the course so cannot speak to results
